Really don’t understand this place. It’s completely hit or more miss. Since being redone the drive thru crew is awful. Literally have to call the store for them to acknowledge an order. Try ordering grilled chicken on a combo and now they say Wendy’s doesn’t have grilled chicken.

Every single time I order from this location they leave something out of my order and I have to go back and complain. Every. Single. Time. I don’t know if everyone that works there is completely incompetent or they are hoping people won’t notice items missing so they can get free food. Either way I’m done. I didn’t order from them for 6 months because of this reason. Decided to give them another chance and they did it again.

Everytime I come here they give me cold burgers ! The biggy bag is a joke , should be called the smallie bag ! Seriously the for is always cold in the pm after 5. The place was honestly disgusting. There wasn’t a single clean table to sit at, food and wrappers were scattered all over the floor, and the soda machine was caked with dried soda, even dripping onto the floor where it had dried up. It felt like no one had bothered to clean in a long time, and it completely ruined the experience for me.

They dont answer the speaker and then give you an attitude at the window. Even the manager was nasty. Your food is not good enough for you to be acting like that. Please retrain the staff at this location!

This store needs to get with the times and update to a digital ordering board. There isn’t enough staff working in the obvious need to cut costs, the floors and tables were sticky, and tbe store looks like the 90s left it behind. Soon, it will be just like the White Castle next to it.
