Based on other reviews it might be hit or miss, but we stopped here while traveling through. The girl who helped us was working alone and did a better job on our sandwich than anyone has done in 15 years at subway. It literally was put together like she cared vs slapped together like a chore (how they are done 99% of the time now days). I was surprised and happy.

Green haired chick was absolutely rude. When we walked in I had planned on getting Subway because we are headed north for the day, but the line was big so I figured I’d get my drink first then get in line. As I’m walking over I hear her call out if anyone else needs a sandwich but I wasn’t quite there yet. I apologize and ask her if she’d make me one and she first ignores me so I ask her again. Next she storms past her co worker and mumbles “oh great another person wants a sandwich” she grabbed gloves then comes back and asks what I want. I’m flustered because she caught me off guard with how rude she was. I tell her and she won’t even make eye contact with me and opens and slams the door shut for the bread. I think the bread wasn’t opening right and she slams it on the floor and get another. Luckily she only did my meat and I didn’t have to deal with her longer than that. The other lady was extremely nice and the guy with the mustache that rang me up was nice as well. I don’t know what her problem was but that was pretty ridiculous.

The two girls on shift were too busy chatting with each other to greet me as I stood there waiting for them to finish up their conversation about another customer. I worked at a Subway for 8 years, it was crappy service. Honestly, should have just walked out. Of course they didn’t have name tags on either.

Not sure why this place has such a low rating. The girl who built my sandwich was the nicest and most patient plus friendly Subway staff I have ever seen. Food is good, nice to have something fresh and healthy after spending days eating junk food at national parks.

This Subway was very clean with friendly staff. It is in a gas station so it was a great place to stop in the morning and get lunch/drinks/snacks for Yellowstone. The gentleman who made our sandwiches was nice and made a neat sandwich. Good location to stop because then we didn’t need to stop in West Yellowstone before getting in line to enter Yellowstone National Park.

I ordered for pickup online. The pickup time kept getting pushed back and told me I couldn’t check in until five minutes before my pickup time. I was finally able to check in and my food came out right away. I thought that that was good thing that they were fast but after opening it I realized that it had been sitting there the entire time I was waiting. It was supposed to be toasted and was barely warm when I got it. It was soggy like they get when they just sit for a while. I ordered extra lettuce and got none. The guy who gave it to me didn’t even say anything and when I was waving to him to show him which car I was he just looked at me and then just stood still and looked around. The sandwich wasn’t wrapped up so half of it spilled out in the bag and I didn’t receive my cookie that I paid for. I was in a rush, that’s why I ordered pickup, so I didn’t have time to go back and argue with them. Horrible service, having to wait for an old sandwich that was waiting for me too.

This Subway is in a gas station and actually makes the place smell amazing, like fresh bakes bread all day long. They make your sandwich quick and get you back on the road. Most importantly, it might be one of the cleanest Subways I have ever been to. Highly recommend these folks.

The gentleman that was working all alone did a great job. He never lost his composure under pressure. He just very comfy and methodically made each order to perfection. There was a line out the door but he never lost his cool. He deserves a raise. You need to hire more staff.

Subway used to be the most popular sandwich spot maybe 10 years ago but has not kept their sandwiches something to come back for time after time. With competition like Firehouse or Jimmy John’s, it’s not usually the sandwich spot we frequent. It would be something else if their sandwiches looked like their photos, but they tend to skimp on ingredients. If the famous five dollar footling was still available, then perhaps they may get more patrons? The reason I gave 4 stars is simply because the girl who made our meals was working alone and had a superb attitude which made it a good experience all around.
