This place is very dirty inside ,the food is gross and they need to change grease in fryer it old grease they are cooking in ! Yuck plus you should not have to wait 25 minutes to get your food then it not hot ! Then the help at counter stands there looking at his phone dont say nothing even after the manager say I think he works here! boy that takes the greasy food to the trash can DOES anyone CARE ANYMORE THESE PLACES NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD .DONT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT PURE OLD GREASY FOOD

I believe the reviews wish I had! I normally shy from reviews because I feel like people have bad experiences. The first thing they do is write a review, but the reviews pretty much on point this location was horrible, was really looking forward to getting some fish for my cheat day, so I was excited to finally treat myself. I had been thinking about this meal for a while, but I was left very disappointed with the service.
The woman who took my order was kind and professional, but my experience quickly went downhill after that. When I asked the gentleman at the window if I could have some sauces, he responded with a terrible attitude. He snatched my bag, slammed the drive-through window shut, and aggressively tossed the sauces into the bag like it was a problem for me to even ask. It was extremely rude and uncalled for.
To make matters worse, his apron was filthy—covered in what looked like fish batter or grease. Honestly, I’m not even sure someone in that condition should be working the window at all.
Not to mention, the fish itself was disappointing. It was only half-battered, looked like it had been sitting for a while, and definitely didn’t seem fresh.
The outside of the building was also very dirty, which was surprising. Given that this is Liberty, I expected the location to be cleaner and better maintained.
Unfortunately, this entire experience was enough for me to decide that I won’t be returning. Very disappointing overall.

This was my first time coming to the location since the remodel. I was expecting to wait a long time but the drive thru line went quickly and the lady at the window was very nice (10/13). I got chicken and fish, both were fresh. If you like vinegar I’d suggest getting a packet and trying it with the fish. I don’t do this anywhere else but the fish and vinegar is yummy. The chicken strips were as good as I remember with their honey mustard. New waffle fries aren’t really seasoned but better quality than the former fries and were fresh.
If you haven’t been in a while I would give it a shot!

I tend to eat here once or twice a year and every time I’ve come through the food has been fresh and hot. They typically pull you ahead so they are able to cook it fresh. Service has always been professional as well.

Parking lot is perilous and dangerous for older patrons. Hard to walk without tripping. Floors so dirty they were slick from grease. Bathroom was vile and there was no soap to wash hands. This made me wonder how workers were able to cook food without contamination. Gross. A lot of loud horseplay coming from kitchen. During lunch there were still chairs upside down on tables but no mopping occurred. Place was a mess and no one seemed to be working towards fixing the mess.

The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. Got 2 great American favorites… I’ve came here the 4 times, they were closed early due to staffing or spilled grease. This time the dining room was closed because sign said needs a register. I saw a family of 4 leave because dining wasn’t open. Drive thru was busy. Asked for extra crunchies, and then didn’t get them. I love these 2 restaurants, but I can tell they are in severe need of good management. I can do it, but need at least $2k/week, and I could single handling double your sales in probably less than a month. Place looks in shambles, needs a lot of updating. If you’re serious about fixing the problems this restaurant has, contact me, otherwise I see it closing within a year prolly. Good luck!

Terrible service. We were in the drive thru 5 minutes before closing. They asked us for the order, we got half way done, then they said to hold and came back a couple minutes later saying they were closed.

I went through the drive throu ordered 2 pieces of fish brought it home …I could smell thing.???? Ate one of the crumbs….that’s what it was the smell. fish was no better smelt like Bad Grease?? Old Grease?? Pick one …..wasn’t good took off the crust but didn’t help still could taste the bad grease.. hadn’t been there in about a year…now I remember why…to bad
