I’m not sure who’s working this evening, are they all new I’m confused. We’ve never had any issues before tonight, and we’ve been there on free cone day, I was handed a mess of an order that was wrong and not fully mixed btw half plain vanilla blizzards… the least they could have done was make what we asked for, it’s not our fault that you put the order in wrong you could not treat the customer like it’s their fault that would be nice. What is my mom going to do with a refund and a blizzard she doesn’t like and didn’t ask for after she was refused what she actually asked for, idk how your wrong entry is our fault. I’ve worked nonstop restaurants and fast food, tonight was nothing compared to actual busy nights idk if they can hack it.

The associates are very nice and the inside is clean. There is plenty of seats and the parking lot is huge.

Went to DQ to treat myself to a butterfinger blizzard. The young lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. I ordered 3 valentine’s cupcakes, they don’t look like the picture of them. I am disappointed. I haven’t tried them yet. They are a surprise for Valentine’s day.

Wow, 3.9. I see why though because I just picked up some blizzards and literally three of them were dripping down the sides and into the cupholder. No, they weren’t broken cups. They were dripping from the top down. We have been coming to this location for eight years, this has definitely been the worst experience. No napkins and definitely not tip upside down Worthy. Three stars because previous to this experience, they have been good.

I understand it’s close to closing time and you want to go home already but how about be very mindful when handling nuts people! There were pecans in my husband’s blizzard when his blizzard shouldnt of had any nuts at all. Come on. You could of killed my husband. Glad I have a dang epi-pen on hand!

First off there’s an atrocious smell of B.O. and chilli as soon as you walk in the door. Then there’s the portion sizes that are smaller than ever and don’t even fill the cups. No greeting from the half dozen kids running around, chatting and semi working, behind the counter. Felt like we were an inconvenience rather than customers. Especially when the stuff we ordered wasn’t even made correctly just thrown together like a bunch of lackadaisical children without a proper babysitter

The Dairy Queen on At reem and greenway I’ve been going to over 3 years time no issues, and today I went in there were 2 people in front of me, 3 more came in behind. They waited on all of them. Didn’t even look at me or say be write with you are anything I was the only white person in here all the West them are brown. Ordered a cake on thrusday for Sunday pick up…ordered a vanilla on vanilla birthday cake and got vanilla and chocolate. If I knew I was gonna get this I would have got the one from the grocery store. I would like a refund since I didn’t receive what I originally ordered, but I don’t that will happen since the manager is never at the store it seems. Place is run by teenagers.
