First time trying Miami Grill I got a Gyro with onion rings and a week prior to eating here. I ate at an authentic Greek restaurant and got a Gyro and I compared the two and this was the worst Gyro I’ve ever had along with the worst onion rings, not to mention they were cold. My friend got chicken strips that tasted like cardboard, she said, and they were also cold on the inside, I went to use the restroom and there was urine all over the toilet seat and ground. I highly do not recommend this location. Maybe other locations are better but this definitely spoiled it for me and I will not be going back to another franchise restaurant. I recommend going somewhere else.

I ordered the fish basket today on Doordash and they had the audacity to send me burnt fish and corn fritters. The corn fritters always seem burnt anyway but today it was really burnt. I’ve had all kinds of issues with my food, more than any other restaurant. They need to do better and get better cooks. The time before this one, I ordered a Philly Cheese sub. There was barely any meat on the sub and it was not good. They’re gonna go out of business if they keep this up. The food quality has definitely gone downhill.

This location was the best one we’ve been to. Very open and friendly atmosphere. The food is always great! Just not the best to reheat, but that’s true for any restaurant. Definitely recommend this place.

I came in to get a wing platter and an order of separate wing. When I asked the guy taking my order through the drive thru he rudely told me that it’s been 8 years since they sold the wings individually. I know I’ve bought some individually wings for like 75 cents per wing at some point within the last year. Then he proceeds to rant about being in the service industry for 30 years and belittle and is condescending towards my order. Once I get home I end up getting one of the smallest and driest wings. I get they’re smaller but one of them is ridiculously small and dry. The girl at the window was nice but the owner was rude as all hell.

Stopped by to try their Philly cheesesteak after a two decade absence.
Ordered inside and had the nicest staff and didn’t wait very long at all for my “The Works Philly” cheesesteak. It came with onions, provolone cheese, peppers, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, and Mayo.
Overall it was stuffed pretty well. My main complaint was that the cheese wasn’t mixed through the sandwich and was really only available in bites near the back of the bread. Wish it had a little more seasoning on it as well.
I’d come back and try other menu items.

This is the last time I’ll be going to Miami grill charging extra $4 dollars for one extra patty just the burger by itself is 6.29 to me that’s crazy any other burger places at the most is $2 dollar Denny’s is $3 dollar but it’s a big burger patty and taste way better

Count your money! Check your receipts! & of course, check your food before you leave! This girl not only gave us all the wrong food (wasn’t fresh AT ALL), even with the receipt she tried to short us $15. I know times are hard, but she was better off asking than stealing! Akilah and her manager Saha should be ashamed. The way she acted like her manager wouldn’t care tells me all I need to know!
