This is the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had in the nastiest drink I have ever had from Starbucks. There was a dark haired plus size Caucasian male making my drink. He called me over before my drink was even ready to ask me if I was sure about putting six pumps of syrup into my drink, even though it already had brown sugar. Mind you I had gotten in this drink every day of this week so I know what I had asked for. Regardless of the fact, instead of him, paying attention to the light ice that I requested, he chose to miss that, and the caramel crunch was very soggy and nasty. Drink was disgusting made so bad. I don’t think I would buy this drink again because he made it that bad. It tasted like I had soggy cereal on top of the cold foam.

Solid neighborhood spot, gets the job done
Easy stop when I’m in Redwood City or heading through from the North Bay. Been coming here on and off for years, and it’s a reliable Starbucks: drinks are consistent, staff moves quick even when busy, and the place feels updated with decent seating and a chill vibe inside.
I usually grab an iced shaken espresso or a macchiato which comes out tasting like it should, so no major issues with orders. Mobile order pickup is smooth most times, and they have the usual pastries/snacks if you need a quick bite.
Overall, dependable for a quick caffeine fix or to hang out a bit—nothing flashy, but it hits the spot when you need it. Still my go-to in this area.
4 stars. Solid, no drama.

Coffee is mediocre here and I wonder if the girls with the 3 inch eyelashes really like their job. Low moral, generic friendliness and no enthusiasm if you order a plain coffee and not one of their goblety goop micchiato frappiccino coffees…

Very bad customer service by the blonde young man who is always yelling at his employees he is very rude and unprofessional makes my experience very difficult having to hear everything rude remark he makes towards his employees. Goes by ‘Chris’. Starbucks should hire better leaders who make employees comfortable at their workplace could definitely help improve customer service if people are happy to work. Definitely contacting HR about this since it is not the first time ive noticed.

Waited a while before anyone took our order. My brown surgery espresso was more milk that anything. The paper cups & straws are terrible

this is my neighborhood Starbucks and I’m here at least once a week. They spent time and presumably money on redesigning this shop but didn’t add an ADA automatic door and the floor plan is very confusing. no one ever knows where to stand to wait for their mobile order versus where to form a line to order with a person. They never seem to have enough staff to take orders and make drinks and prepare food so that everything is ready at the same time.

This store gave us these awful paper lids that dissolve on contact with any liquid. Avoid this location. The stores in Menlo Park use the good lids but this one refuses for some reason.

I’ve been sick with the flu and have been stopping by Starbucks every day for a Medicine Ball to help me feel better. Feeling tired and unwell, I was so touched to see the cute messages written on my cup—it truly made my day! It’s the little things like this that bring joy and happiness, especially when someone isn’t feeling their best or just needs a little pick-me-up.
A huge thank you to the Starbucks team at 3551 Homestead Rd, Santa Clara, and Marsh and Florence at the Redwood City Starbucks for their kindness. Your small gestures make a big difference! ☕✨

I’m not sure what to put here the drink was good but I said less ice they cup they gave was almost full of ice so I zip how many times the drink was done for $5 plus dollar it’s a loss . And the young lady sounded rude too. Ah hello how about if I gave you a drink that is more ice that a drink what would you say ? If you order ice latte to me and I give you less latte more ice how would you feel just put your self and think have common sense . Not coming back anymore for sure .
