I came in and order a meal and I was told it would be a 10 minute wait which ended up being a 30 plus minute wait. I was given a free 2 liter for the wait, but a customer should not have to wait 30 plus minutes for something that’s advertised as “Hot -n- Ready”. Moreover, there was an employee who had colored hair constantly on her phone while handling food and food equipment. A person’s cellphone carries a lot of germs and bacteria. I won’t be coming back here any time soon.

According to the employees: they turn off their ovens at 7:30 pm, they lock their doors at 8:45 pm, they do not have to make any pizzas after 8 pm because, you know their oven is off, disrespect customers who walk in after 8 pm, are outright rude and change their stories every 5 seconds, they call the “owner” who “doesn’t want to deal with anyone” and feel it is appropriate to act as if working their job shouldn’t be expected of them.

We had the best service and food! The wonderful person making the pizza did a great job. We were greeted and taken care of moments after we walked in. My daughter got some yummy cookies and treated very sweetly. Thank you❤️

Made an order online and when checking out, they had taken my pizza out of the pizza portal but still had me put the code to give me my pizza. This lead to them not giving me the crazy bread I ordered. When I called back about the crazy bread, they didn’t try to rectify the situation, wouldn’t give me my money back, or deliver it. The only solution they gave was that I would have to drive back and pick it up myself.

Love little ceasers. Pretzel stuffed crust is so good it should be illegal. Always friendly people working here. They stay busy too. Best bang for the buck if you’re hungry.

I made a mistake in the app and ordered from the wrong store. Instead of getting upset the manager said don’t worry about it, called over to the other store, and just made my order. It was the best customer service experience I’ve had from any little Caesars store! And it’s for a church event so it made it that much better. Thank you so much!
