When we camp in the area, we always stop at the Boathouse. Margarita’s are $6 during happy hour. Food is good and there is plenty of seating available. Parking is a challenge, but they have overflow parking next door with a shuttle. All seating is open to outside but most is covered. There is a nice built in pool with plenty of people using it. The Seafood Combo if enough food for 2. Plenty of big boats to look at on the docks, fun place.

We had a great experience here at the boathouse! We stopped in for drinks which were very good, the view was excellent and our nachos and chicken wings were very good! Our server Asia, was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is perfect. We will definitely be back!

It was a busy night. Then again, it is snowbird season. Or biggest complainst was the salad is too large for the plate, making it difficult to cut without spilling it all over the table. We wish they can put the it in a large bowl instead. They drinks were great and atmosphere was amazing. We sat outside by the dock and were able to see the sunset and the landscape lights light up the area. The temperature was perfect with no breeze. I felt as if we were on a private island. The Clam Chowder was delicious.

The environment is good and the staff is very friendly and quick. I disappointed from the burger that I ordered because i didn’t like it at all. I tried crocodile for the first time and it was ok. My husband tried the tacos that I expected to be more tasty. Something was missing. I would give another try some time.

Please read this…this is my first time visiting The Boathouse. People rave about this place. I was in a party of 12 and brought my husband and elderly parents. There are steps at the front entrance and my mom struggles with steps. I asked the employee that greeted us when we entered is this the only way to our seating area? Yes that’s right she answered. So we made the trek up the stairs to find out later that was not true. We did not wait long for the drinks and food. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. That’s why I gave 3 stars for service. I would give minus 5 stars if I could for everything else. We were seated at a table next to the trash outside. There was a compilation of food under and around our table. Flies and ants joined us at the table.flies They were relentless. The fries were severely overcooked. The Mahi Mahi fingers were over cooked. The wrong cheese was put on my husband’s smashburger. Hmmm the lemonade was good. My mom said her chicken tenders were good. But they couldn’t eat their fries. Too hard. And it was nice to spend time with friends. But I won’t go back again. Even the food our friends ordered did not look good. They didn’t seem to complain. Maybe I am spoiled and used to having fresh delicious food. I knew I was in trouble when I looked at the pictures on the other reviews. Oh well. If you are reading this I hope your experience is better than mine.

We found this hidden gem It is absolutely a massive basically two tiki bars swimming pool and boat docks they have live music and the food is amazing. our service were very attentive and we’re on top of every little detail we got there just as they opened and the place was empty within an hours time the place was packed. If you open a tab at the pool area the public is welcome to use the pool at any time during their hours they have live music five to nine and great happy hours.

Great experience at The Boathouse Tiki Bar in Fort Myers! We were greeted and seated promptly and enjoyed a beautiful Intercoastal view. Liv, our server, was attentive throughout the meal. The Mahi Mahi and Fried Shrimp baskets were cooked to perfection with generous sides and affordable prices. The Key Lime pie was incredible. Highly recommend!

I had the florida salad and it was refreshing and delicious. Great music, but was a bit too loud. Enjoyed watching all the boats. Service was good.

It was a cool day and my 70 yr old mother politely asked for a warmer seat. The hostess was cold faced and seemed upset (not at us) seats were available near the plastic covered windows offering warmer seating. We were sat against the bathrooms and open windows. It was the coldest spot in the restaurant. Other tables had moved heaters closer and had multiples when we asked if we could move one they were beyond rude to the point I eventually had to speak to a manager. She was at least nice. I explained that I was a bartender and in the service industry and she quickly explained that her hostess had disregarded our request and sat us in the next rotated spot. Acknowledging that we were not treated correctly but she would not be doing anything except making the other tables move their heaters. The food was also sub par. I had bacon wrapped shrimp…..just ok. My son’s seafood platter was so greasy I spit it out and my mom had a turkey club she didn’t finish. The atmosphere was beautiful dispote the cold but go somewhere else!!!! What a waist of money! If you don’t like you job, get a new one. We will never be back and recomend you do the same. Too many other great places with great service to waste your money here.

Went with my uncle’s from Boston for the first time on a Sunday night, it was pretty busy 2 hours before they closed but then it started dying down a little after we relaxed a bit. Beautiful decor, loved all the lighting, all employees were fantastic and helpful, Tiffani was our waitress and she was very sweet, she knew what she was doing! Food was great. We loved the little stroll we took to view the yachts after eating. Would definitely recommend!!
