The staff are friendly and the drive-thru moves pretty fast, even when there is a long line. Parking is a challenge so the drive-thru is the best option. Seating inside is quite limited.

Very nice service from the barista, thank you. Not the fastest. Their coffee may be good, but I prefer the vanilla bean cream with caramel frappacino and it is best with a sprinkle of burnt sugar if they have the seasonal topping. This is a smaller location but does have a drive through… it seems to travel through in a steady manner.

Of course everyone knows how good Starbucks is but the staff in Onalaska WI is the nicest fastest ever…. and I have been to Starbucks around the world. Cheers and keep up the good work.

Besides not being greeted, lack of help at the cashier counter until after they were done with drive-thru orders and poor customer service. Not impressed, all, with this Starbucks, for reasons that include they do not carry staple toppings that I have come to expect from dozens of Starbucks visits, like fresh, not dried blueberries for their oatmeal; it is not hearty, without the fresh stuff, in my humble viewpoint. Also, do not automatically throw out a customer’s reciept after reloading their Gold card (yes, some people do not use the wondrous SB app, yet). It seems drive-thru orders and mobile orders take precedence at this locale and I am happy I will not be back…They are the only SB operation in their town, so I am sure they do not really care, all the benefits of Starbucks, without what I come to expect at one…..Uppity attitude here also….That’s all folks….Take care now, buh-bye

Rude staff that needs to take a lesson in customer service. Asked if they could write “Bride” on one of the cups, and begrudgingly said to remind them at the end of the bar. (There were no other customers) This is what we ended up with, along with full sized beans in the other drink.

I have a cold sensitivity and being a really hot day. I was looking forward to my refresher. Ordered two with no ice. As I do normally. My daughter said the girls working drive thru was named Michaela. About 3:30 on Tuesday 8/23. Anyways.. rudest experience I have had at Starbucks. When I asked why my drink was not full she said you don’t have ice. That’s what you get. The look on her face. I said I have a cold sensitivity. I always order this way and never have they not been full. She told me again this is what you get. Well… I don’t pay that much for attitude or to not enjoy my favorite drink cause of a condition I can’t help.

This location is almost always busy. I have never had a bad drink from here. I enjoy the white chocolate mocha hot when I come here. The drive thru gets really and can be difficult to navigate the parking lot. I would suggest ordering ahead and picking up in store. Otherwise, if you use the drive thru, make sure you have time to wait, because you are in this line, the structure of the parking lot does not allow you to leave the line and get around other cars.

The staff at this Starbucks are fantastic and very nice. The remodeling done last year turned out great and the drinks are always made to order.
