I just learned a valuable lesson about the Starbucks in Bridgeport. Don’t order a Peppermint white Chocolate Frappuccino made with oat milk. Twice in a row I was given a drink that is horrible (tried last week also). This one had no peppermint whatsoever (0%) and it had tons of some kind of bad flavor but no white Chocolate flavor. Other Starbucks normally put whip cream and sprinkles on top for a creative festive air, not here. The after taste of this drink made me feel sick to my stomach. Just don’t know what I was given smh. The worst ever. Biggby’s is less than a mile up the road. I’m not a huge Biggby’s fan but it’s got to be better than what I’m getting at this Starbuck’s location. $8.00 dollars in the trash. I bought this at the drive thru window.

Went there and got a venti white chocolate mocha and a grande hot chocolate at 8:12-8:15 am. Hot chocolate basically had zero chocolate in it and just tasted watered down. Went back after I already arrived home and only found out there since it wasn’t my drink. When I requested the woman remake it she seemed frustrated and told me they dont even put water in it when I said it was watered down tasting. Like you know what I meant, it doesnt taste like it had any syrup or whatever they put in there to make hot chocolate. Even after the remake it was bad but I just left and went across the street to krogers for hot chocolate packets. Pretty sad that I paid almost 5 dollars just to go and make my own. Plus with horrible customer service. Is the drink wasn’t even hot either. Do better Starbucks because I think I won’t ever go to this location again. Not my first time ordering hot chocolate either so you cant say I just didnt like the style that is done there. Very lazy and disrespectful staff.. they did my white mocha right how hard was it to do the hot chocolate? To mess up two separate times is embarrassing and I was nothing but respectful towards them. Seemed purposeful at that point

Got home from running errands and stopped at this location. Never have a problem any other starbucks. But I had 2 inches of empty space in my cup. I understand need to leave room for foam. But 2inches????

came here in a rush and sighed when i saw the 5 person line, the staff here are literally so speedy, i was in and out of there with my drink and its was bussin, it’s my go-to starbucks now for whenever im in a rush since the service is so fast and the coffee is so good

Lactose intolerant customers BEWARE. The first time we went to this new location, the lady that took our order and helped us was so nice! Made us want to come back as soon as we had the opportunity … and the drink I ordered, brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, was great! The next visit, I used my birthday free drink coupon and ordered a hazelnut latte with oat milk, the norm for me, I’m lactose intolerant. The label says oat milk so I know for certain that it’s not something that either myself or the barista missed; my drink has DAIRY milk in it. I made the mistake of not taking my first sip until we were on the road again. Not a good thing at all but I trusted my order was correct. I thought for sure I must have been mistaken because the label has my correct order on it; it only took another sip for it to hit my stomach and confirm things for me. I’m so saddened by this, especially after the previous visit was such a pleasant experience. If I wanted to be sick, I’d have ordered a pizza or ice cream somewhere good, made it worth it. It wasn’t even busy so I don’t see an excuse for this kind of mistake. Just sad. Giving a 3 rather than a 1 because the previous visit was so good.

I came in here a couple weeks ago after a rough morning and nobody came to help me for a while. I could hear the workers in the back laughing and talking about some really explicit stuff. Honestly it was gross and kinda awkward, especially if kids were around. Took way too long for anyone to actually come out. Not what I expect from Starbucks, won’t be back.

great place to get a coffee and study for a bit! inside is super nice, very modern and clean and if you are there to study there’s lots of outlets in case you need to charge a device. one of the employees recommended a new drink i had never had before, the iced cherry chai, and it was delicious! i’m so glad she told me because now i order it every time, lol. service is fast, employees are always nice and respectful, and always some funky music playing quietly inside. love going here!
