Surprisingly BURNT bread & meatballs! We had a bad experience this time. Normally love Ledo. Our kids LOVE that cheesy garlic bread and eat the 8 pc so quickly that this time we ordered 20-pc to go with the party size meatballs. SHOCKED to open our box and discover that over half the bread was inedible! It was hard, many burnt on top and nearly all was burnt on the bottom! Some meatballs were burnt too! Look at the inside of the pan lid in my pictures! I was STUNNED! Shame on Ledo for serving it that way! I’ve been a Ledo customer for years!! Maybe the staff was ready to go home (order confirmation said it’d be ready at 8:17! & they closed at 9!), but this cost $44.50 and there is no excuse for me to pay that much and get food we couldn’t eat. I deserve a refund or a new order of the usual fresh, non-burnt Ledo food we’re used to. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 bc at least some of the meatballs were good. This is unacceptable.

Found this place on trip adviser! It was so delicious! You can’t beat the quality of their food with a very reasonable price tag! We tried the Brushetta appetizer which was amazing! Their stromboli was the best I’ve ever had! Their cheese steak was good but nothing really special. The environment is cute and the staff are friendly!

My go to place for pizza is LEDOS above all the rest and they never seem to disappoint my taste buds! Upon arriving home, I placed my pizza in my air fryer to complete the baking/cooking process and it was deliciously prepared with just the right amount of evenly spread out ingredients. Raw garlic as an added ingredient would make it perfect BUT I was GREATLY pleased just the same . And, this was my first time visiting this LEDOS location and I would go again when in the area. Thank you!!!

Dine for dinner here and ordered grilled chicken caesar and beef calzones, grilled chicken caesar were the best, the beef calzone was a bit sour for me or maybe its a bit sour for me because I ordered lemonade with it, the waitress was accomodating! Garlic bread were to die for!

Excellent Hot Italian “cold” cut! I’ve been sleeping on this chain for awhile. Got me curious about the pizza. Friendly employee, food came out correct and in a timely manner. Will have to check out the location closer to my house next time.

I will never be eating at this Ledos ever again, I do not recommend eating here. I received burnt pizza that was completely un-edible and when we called to receive a refund the person on the phone told me that since a manager wasn’t there they couldn’t help me to call again at the end of the week and send pictures of my pizza to a number they provided me with. Well I did all this and still nothing, I have yet to receive my refund which I paid about $80 for my order that came out looking like charcoal yet still no refund.
So if you want burnt crispy pizza and to be told to deal with it then this is the place to go.
It is an absolute shame to see the standards that this place has now. I used to go here every week but that will never happen again as I WILL NOT pay for un-edible food then to be told “ sorry the manager is not here and will not be here until the end of the week so we can’t help you, you just have to deal with it or call back at another time”

Food is great but the customer service is non existent. They have young kids working in the front who don’t speak to you at all when you come in and they don’t say thank you or you’re welcome for anything. They also don’t stand at the front. They duck off to the side until they hear the door and then they run to the register. The young people who no customer service has always been an issue here for as long as i can remember.
