Had to delete my old review to make a new one… All I wanted was some dinner after a 10h shift but apparently that’s not in the cards. I try to love this Taco Bell, I REALLY do. I made an online order just to make sure that I do not get the sauces in the things I order. I work in the food industry, I understand it’s late and people are tired.. I pick up my order through drive thru, I’m very friendly, they’re very friendly. I park in the parking lot to check my order and they forgot my chalupas. No problem, I get in the drive through again and explain, get my chalupas and specifically ask and confirm there are no sauces on both my items; they confirm and all is well and I go home! I open my bag to immediately be disappointed. My chalupas have very few pieces of steak. My “steak” quesadillas, ordered with EXTRA steak turned out to be CHICKEN! WITH the sauce!! And a little piece of lettuce just to be cute. I truly am understanding but returning home to not being able to eat my dinner is disappointing and this has been a consistent problem with this location.

Ordered supreme tacos – got lettuce with a little cheese. Said they were making me the supreme, 45 minutes later no tacos. I asked and employee said manager taking care of it. Finally just left — thanks for service and no taco meal after I paid.

Food was hot, fresh, and order was accurate. Restaurant was clean. I wanted to give props to the staff and management for handling a rude, entitled guest with integrity. Guy felt he was entitled to the employee hand washing sink behind the counter, when told no ,threw himself a lil hissy fit and wanted his money back. Cannot make this up, people need to be better.

I ordered as usual, but one thing was different when my name was called to pick up our food.
I was handed neat well out together and wrapped food that was very hot and freshly made!
When I brought it to the table we both looked at each other after seeing what we got and said simple, WOW!
The staff was great as well.

Check your food before you leave the drive through because if they forget to Put something in the bag after 10 PM. You have to go back in drive through line again to receive your food. When I tried to explain situation at door employ Laughed at me and said you’ll have to go back for the drive through.. Then when I finally got to the window to get my food.The employees there only response was lobby closes and over again. There should be exceptions for rules. When you made the mistake, not me.

Definitely one of the best taco bells I’ve been too. Most of my experience is going through the drive thru. This location is always quick to respond at the speaker and prepares my food quickly and accurately.
