My first time here, and will be my last. I was sitting at the mall just waiting for something, when I saw this place open for the day. Somehow when I get to the counter to order, there was already a pie of pizza ready to sell, don’t know when she had the time to get that done. But the pizza did not look good. It looked like it’d been sitting there for quite some time. I decided to still give it a try and just ask for some burgers and fries instead ( at least I knew that would be freshly made) but to my surprise, when I order, she made a video call asking the person on the other end of the call to help her prepare the food. I didn’t think much of it until I literally heard her asking how to make the burgers and fries. She even asked where to put the mayonnaise!!! She was speaking spanish the entire time and I know spanish. So I knew exactly what she was asking. At this point i’m not trusting the process, but I left it alone. (I had already ordered) when I got my food, I paid just about $24. My fries were soggy and very wet. (Being it was made it a pot, yes a pot) I was upset when i took a bite of my burger (just being freshly made) to my surprise was still cold not fully cooked. I did not like it at all. I think $24 was a bit much to get the food the way I did. She did not know what she was doing. She was asking for help the entire time while prepping the food and ringing me out cause she didn’t know what buttons to press on the Register.. The people who ordered after me, were also concerned because She also stayed on the phone to prepare their food. I figured the person should just come into work at this point if he has to continue helping her through a video call. I did not like it.I would never go there again and I definitely do not recommend it if you ask me.
