I ordered a 50pc party pack wings on Jan 9th I specifically told the lady that took my phone order for all my wings to be well done. I repeated WELL DONE twice and what do I get?? All 50 wings cooked soft and nasty. Money wasted! This wing stop location use to be good but now it’s not worth it. It seems like all the old good cooks left unless they don’t work the night shift. 0/10. I will never visit this location again. I ordered multiple different types of wings. Just about all the wings were undercooked dispute me asking for well done. The wings weren’t even fully cooked. The sauce was very wet, even though every other time I’ve ordered this specific flavor it has always been a dry rub.

I ordered my wings on line for the 6710 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie MD location but needed to put in a time. So I called right away to let them know I would be there later at 2pm instead of 1:30pm. When I arrived my order was ready but the cashier said the cook just got my order out and it’s still hot. I left the store believing my order was at least warm. The frieswas cold and the chicken less than warm. The cashier did not have to lie about it. Unfortunately this was the first time I came to wingstop for my wings and it will be my last.

I’ve been down in this parking lot plowing for the last three days I go into this place when they’re open to get Lunch.
The woman behind the counter said are you here for a pick up? I said no I’m ordering they all laughed and acted like they didn’t wanna work. I asked her what was wrong. She said oh nothing.
Then said, let me know when you’re ready to order
I then told her I was ready to order three times as she was sweeping the floor. She finally looked up at me and said you’re gonna have to wait a minute now.
While I was waiting on my food, everybody back there was very snarky and acted like I didn’t wanna be there throwing things at the trashcan like it was an inconvenience that they had to make food. Very very poor customer service.

Made an order from this store on DoorDash for over $40. Once my dasher arrived to pick my order up it was gone. The employees at this store allowed someone who was not a door dasher take my entire order and they refused to make it right in any way. No refund, didn’t want to re make my order only wanted to argue. My door dasher was in the store ready To pick an order up that wasn’t there. The manager wanted to argue about whose fault it was. Highly do not recommend

We ordered a combo order for 3 people, which was supposed to include 3 types of wings (2 were ordered as boneless, 1 was ordered as traditional), fries, and the corn bites. We immediately tried to reach out to management, but was placed on hold for over an hour.. when I went into the store, they took my name and order number and told me that a refund would be processed in the morning since by the this time it was already after 10pm.

So I started to see a lot of the new marketing of the new lemon pepper fried chicken sandwich which I had to give it a go & try it out. That said, while it was rather good my only REAL complaint was I couldn’t taste the lemon in the lemon pepper to the slightest. I don’t know if it was forgotten or if they use a lower quality lemon pepper (often cheap lemon pepper taste much less of lemon while a good brand… Victoria Gourmet for instance, it tastes lemon forward).. next time I’ll ask for extra seasoning to see if that helps. That said, the corn is always amazing.. I’ve never had a bad side meal item that I can recall at least. Also I’ve made a comment about a year ago that their soda machine which seemed to produce flat soda no matter when you went as it happened several times over months.. I feel that issue has been addressed & is now fixed as it tastes like coke now.
As far as the chicken goes.. the chicken while it needed more seasoning it still was rather good & I will order this again, although it was a smidge overcooked & not a nice moist succulent piece of fried chicken, it was a minor complaint cuz it probably only spent maybe a min or two too long in the fryer.. & I rather slightly overcooked chicken, than undercooked any day.
The atmosphere could use a little TLC. Now it wasn’t bad/trashy but it wasn’t anything special either. The soda machine is quite large & two ppl can’t walk by at the same time. 1 needs to go & then get out the way so someone else can go by, maybe if it was in the back of the store it might be better spot or a smaller unit.. the trash can for the straw wrappers needed to be cleaned but that gets dirty so quick that that’s not of any real concern.
What it comes down to is the food & the service. I placed an online order & it was ready in about 10 mins. It only cost about $10 as well. The blue cheese tasted ok, there were chunks of blue cheese in it which I liked but it almost tasted like it was kept slightly too long. I dunno..I used it cuz I love blue cheese but maybe it was a touch too heavy of cream…I dunno.. it was quite watery-ish almost too. A loose viscosity, not what you picture blue cheese as. Still minor as I would still come back, maybe try the ranch next time & definitely extra seasoning.
Overall… It was a great dinner, not the best, not the worst, service was prompt, friendly & they were able to get my order out pretty quick..I might order extra pickles cuz they were good but quite thin.. but I was honestly really pleased & I’ll definitely be revisiting this place again soon! Service alone is so on point that you really would come back cuz they were attentive & friendly & I always give extra points for that.

I ordered take out from this location last night (3 wing combos). In the middle of the night my entire family woke up violently vomiting. It was so bad. By 7am my entire family was in the emergency room needing IV’s and nausea medication.
I called to speak with the manager and a rude woman answered the phone. She hung up while I was explaining what happened to my family. Having a safe serve certificate myself I am sure they are violating the training they received. Stay safe and order at your own risk.
