They made me a blizzard that tasted like it had very little flavoring added to it and I expressed that it tasted incorrect, instead of remaking it for me they argued with me that it was made correctly. In the food service industry, if someone isn’t happy with their food you replace it or offer a refund. Do better.

Ample, free parking. The lot was clean. I used the app and my food was ready for pick up when i got there. Staff was courteous. Dinning area had plenty of seating. And the food was hot and fresh in the warmer and freezer (for ice-cream).

I recommend downloading the app. If you have multiple family members I would put the app on each phone to pay separately and use a coupon for each order. You can use the in app $3 off coupon for either a regular 6 pc. strip basket or tossed in sauce. Orders tend to be correct much more often when order is in app and food is ready when you arrive. It gives the store more time to prepare your order. My TOSS N SAUCE strips today were excellent. We work hard to be able to afford a meal or ourselves and our family and in this economy we need to save all we can when we can.

Was handed my blizzard but then was told 5 mins later to pull forward to wait on hot food. Was brought out about 4-5 mins later and a burger was missing from our bag. I called the store (because I had a 1 year old in the car & I was still sitting where they had me pull up too) and told them I was missing a burger. I then waited another 5 minutes for said burger. I ordered onion rings instead of fries and was given literally 4 onion rings… pathetic. Oh and to top it all off, my blizzard was completely melted before I got home….I only live 3 mins away.

Rude management! If something that is pictured with the meal is missing and I’m expected to waste gas and time on another trip to get what I payed for. I’d expect to get the meal replaced so I could enjoy everything payed for fresh. I even offered to bring back the incomplete meal for a new one. Was told they don’t give away free food and hung up on for an admitted mistake. People have bad days and make mistakes which is fine but this is not the way to treat guest who frequent this location, its free and easy to be kind.

This dairy queen is usually good but has lowered the bar the last several times I’ve been in. Whoever is on drive thru has missed what I have ordered on multiple occasions (need to start reading orders back to people), have waited for longer than 20 minutes in the drive thru (check the food before you bring it out!), now they are blaring music right outside where they park you to wait I assume for the car show. This place has been disappointing lately.

Missing items in online order, rude management. Ordered onion rings but I guess they were out because I got half onion rings half fries…no gravy with my chicken strip basket. Called and wanted meal replaced manager was really rude and unapologetic for no reason. I just wanted what I payed for. Unacceptable and bad for business.
