Having never previously experienced Wing Stop, I was intrigued by their offer of 20 wings and fries for $17.99. The atomic wings were exceptionally flavorful, delivering a satisfying level of heat for those who appreciate spicy cuisine. The lemon pepper wings were also of high quality, and the hot honey variety proved enjoyable. I further enhanced the hot honey wings by drizzling them with honey from my personal apiary, resulting in a truly remarkable flavor profile. I highly recommend this culinary enhancement.

Usually we have good experiences here but my last one sucked. Long story short, we placed an online order, some of the wings were missing sauce supposedly because they were out and didn’t tell us when we picked the order up so we could at least pick another flavor, and our large ranch was left out. We called, whoever answered said it would be refunded and 2 weeks later nothing has been refunded. At least the fries were good. I’ve reached out thru the website for a resolution and nothing has come of that either.

I’m proud to admit that I hit this place up a few times a month, and it’s so easy to come back every time because the experience always hits the spot. Everyone knows the food is tasty, but I’ve always been impressed by the professionalism and just overall friendliness of the employees here. The music they play also slaps. Hands down best crispy fries I’ve had from WingStop EVER!!! I’ve been to more than a handful different locations throughout Birmingham to Atlanta and I always ask for extra cook time because I like my wings done and fries crispy. Don’t like the boardwalk style except maybe Five Guys and normally no one gets it right but THIS location did – even my wings crispy that were sauced which is rare. I did an online order and didn’t have to ask for this – made my day on a long travel day.

I really wanted to like this place, but I’m left disappointed. The food was just meh ( not terrible and not good). The Cajun fries would have been great except they have a sweet taste to them as well, and it throws the flavor off. The chicken is just frozen chicken coated in sauce! There’s definitely better chicken right down the road! Lots of flavors to choose from, but it still doesn’t make the chicken taste well. The older lady working the front was not friendly nor was she helpful! Service was very low and it wasn’t crowded when we ate there at 11:00 am. I’ll probably never eat here again.

Food is great, but never on time and never accurate. In my 7 times ordering pick up, they have yet to get an order even 80% accurate. Often times up to 25 wings so be missing from the order. Always check your order before you leave. Staff is friendly and apologetic, but restaurant is always severely understaffed.

Placed an order online through doordash, ate some of the chicken because it didn’t seem right, took a picture of it. Later on that evening I was vomiting it back up. Couldn’t sleep at all, it was food poisoning from the wings, this never happened and I been ordering from this store since they was open. On today, October 1,2025, called to speak with a manager in which was a male, explained everything to him, and he was like, he don’t see how because their truck came in with fresh chicken,. Like I told him, I understand that a truck came in so whats his point. Like I explained to him, I don’t want anything from Wingstop but just so he can be aware. It’s nothing that Wingstop can offer me because I will never ever go to any Wingstop. Like, I told him I do have pictures of it also

I had a really disappointing experience at this Wingstop location.
I placed an online order, which said it would be ready in 16–20 minutes, but it ended up taking over 30 minutes. Not once did the staff greet me, apologize for the delay, or offer a simple courtesy like “enjoy your meal.”
When I finally received my order, the wings were barely warm and noticeably dry.
To make things worse, I went to fill my water bottle, and a staff member abruptly yelled at me, saying, “Excuse me, you can’t be doing that. You can’t fill your bottle.” I calmly asked, “Even water?” Another employee told her it was fine, and only then did she backtrack and say, “You can fill it, I don’t care anymore.”
The same person gave a girl 2 blue cheese dips just for asking
The entire interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Between the poor service, the attitude, and the quality of food, I won’t be returning to this location — or to Wingstop — for a long time.
