Two times now, this location has given me cini minis and not put the icing in the bag, even though the receipt has stated that it should have icing with them.

Placed mobile phone order. Arrive and there is a sign saying no fried foods, that includes fries or nuggests, only burgers. I ask the associate and she said only burgers. I ask to cancel my order. I then see them serving fries. Manager comes over and can’t find my order to cancel it. We ask why the sign says no fries if they are serving them. He says what sign? We point to it and he rips it off. Says that was earlier. No sorry for the confusion, just turned around and started getting our order ready. Food was cold and tasteless. Odd since they made ours “fresh”. Place is very dirty. Faucet in bathroom is ready to come off. Very loose, rusty and dirty. Soft drink machine is very gross. Hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Lobby is dirty and needs refreshing.

Been coming to the place for awhile. They have made some major improvements to this location. Burger King makes flavorful and affordable fast food. Affordable mostly due to the coupons theymail out.
For a fast food breakfast, nothing beats a warm, buttery sausage egg & cheese croissant! For fast food burgers, there’s nothing better than a flame grilled Whopper!

Arrived mid afternoon, wasn’t busy, majority under staffed. Never seen the same employee every time I visit conveniently next to Walmart. One person in kitchen and one running drive thru and front counter. Not a single clean table, food on the floor. Looks like a rush and they didn’t care bout cleaning up and getting ready for the next shift. Had to clean our own table and seats.
Every time we go and get our food, we get hot fries-but the sandwhiches always cold and short condiments like lettuce, onions, pickles. The glob the mayo and ketchup. One employee told us before they fired her assuming since we never seen her again, stated they never microwave their sandwichs to save time. Bathroom have never cleaned and never been paper towels to dry your hands. The handel on the Bathroom door is loose and if pull just hard enough can yank right off. The lock on the door don’t completely and become unlatched when using the rest room.
This Burger King needs much care.

Ryan (Black guy, shaved head) he’s always been very friendly and provides great customer service. I’ve been coming to this Burger King for 3 year’s and he’s been there since my first trip to B-K. He’s very fast, and my food order has never been wrong. I give this location a 5 star rating because of him!

An absolute pleasure to talk and order from their night staff. Showed up at 2257 with a decently-sized order and the nice gentleman had me sitting outside in my car with a good drink while they made my order. Far better than waiting in a line. Ryan deserves a raise and this restaurant deserves my full 5 stars.
