The front-line staff at this location are professional and provide great service, and the facility itself is excellent. However, the overall dining atmosphere is consistently affected by the management style. It is a pity that the management’s approach doesn’t quite match the high standards set by the team and the building.

I was there today with my family of four on 12/14/25 around 7:00 p.m. We chose to dine in. Each of us ordered a meal that came with fries, but the ketchup dispenser was empty.
My wife went to the counter to let an employee know, and she was given three ketchup packets for a family of four. I then went back to the counter myself. It was a slow night, and several employees appeared to be standing around chatting. After their conversation paused long enough for someone to acknowledge me, the employee asked what I needed. I simply asked if I could please have more ketchup packets.
She grabbed a gray box of ketchup packets from under the counter, dropped it on the counter, and said, “Grab as many as you want,” with a noticeable attitude.
I’m not sure if ketchup packets are deducted from employees’ paychecks or if there’s some kind of audit or incentive tied to limiting ketchup distribution. If so, it’s being taken very seriously. If not, then the easier solution would be to make sure the ketchup dispenser is full—especially during a slow period when staff has time to do routine checks.
I’m also unclear what math was used to determine that three ketchup packets was appropriate for a family of four eating fries. That math isn’t mathing.
If the Mendez family doesn’t want employees handing out ketchup packets, then keeping the dispenser stocked would avoid this situation entirely. Otherwise, employees shouldn’t feel pressured to ration ketchup to paying customers.

Every time I order from here on Grubhub, items are always missing or incorrect. I keep trying again in the hopes that it was just a fluke, but that doesn’t appear to be the case. I’ll have to try ordering from another location now, which is unfortunate since this one is very close by

I ordered my child a happy meal with a root beer for the drink. Upon receiving our food, I found that they had upcharged me to a medium root beer without asking. Though it was only an additional $0.20, I don’t appreciate the dishonesty. I wonder if McDonald’s thinks the extra $0.20 was worth the poor review…

I go here 4-5 days a week on my way to work and I get an English McMuffin and medium iced caramel latte. The lady that collects payment is very rude and never asks for the code so I missed out an order of points. And today the sandwich was burnt, photo attached. It’s not hard to treat a customer with respect, especially when it is a regular.
