Tha food is really good but the service is super bad. The manager is rude, people have to speak 1 or 2 times to get help. Then the person at the cash register doesn’t serve people because he’s distracted by his girlfriend, hugging and kissing. I think that shouldn’t happen during work hours.

The staff was SO kind and considerate. These are people who really take care of their customers. I had a grub hub order that was missing items that I had to come get. All of the staff was so kind and they took care of it AND contacted Grub Hub to see what they could do on their end. Truly a 10/10 experience.

I have been buying from this store and qdoba in general for 12-15 years . I buy 4 bowls every week and have highest chef status in loyalty program . For once I thought of trying a bit of spicy queso and asked server to put a bit spicy queso after regular . I don’t get beans, guacamole etc . The supervisor does petty thing and tells server to charge extra . The previous guy asked extra rice that was an issue as well. I objected stating I come here regularly and this seems penny pinching and he wanted to argue I left without the bowl . What a way to lose lifetime customer . Never visiting this store if corrective action not taken .

Terrible experience at Qdoba in Medford. I’ve been to multiple Qdobas and this is the worst. The manager/cashier was rude and unprofessional. I never usually write bad reviews but this was terrible. The manager was muttering under his breath while I walked out. I asked for half and half meat and got charged for double. He said that’s how we do it and that I wanted everything for free. Super rude.
