I am disappointed with this restaurant. Most of the workers are usually polite and pleasant- but there is a woman there that wears blue eyeshadow. (I’m not sure if she’s a manager or what because I don’t see her often.) But she is downright RUDE. She will cut you off while you’re talking. She interrupted me while I tried to clarify my order- saying that she got it. And the order was still wrong.

I’m also frustrated with the quality of the food. I get the bagels in the morning and they smother it with hollandaise sauce. So I asked for them to go easy on it- it was still dripping with it. Going through the drivethru means driving and eating. I can’t do that if sauce is dripping everywhere.

I was super excited when mcds brought back the bagels- but I am less into them now that they are so skimpy. One piece of bacon cut in half. Really?? One slice of cheese…. have you looked at the picture on the menu lately? Looks nothing like it now.. And this is a recurring issue, not just an accident.

The last three times i got fries, the container was only half filled. I am not impressed!

This was a DoorDash order, and I want to be clear that this was not the dasher’s fault. The bag was sealed when it arrived.

McDonald’s forgot the sauces I paid for and shorted me on my nugget count, on top of the food being mediocre and barely warm. This has happened more than once, which makes it even more frustrating.

When prices keep going up, getting incomplete orders is unacceptable. If bags are going to be sealed, accuracy needs to be better before they leave the restaurant.

Key takeaway for my entire review: Orders are never filled correctly. The last few times I’ve gone, I have ended up with the wrong things and extras I’d never asked for. The only thing carrying this place is the pretty solid atmosphere.

Food was fast and hot! Manager was friendly when she brought our food out. Peppermint mocha was delicious as was the strawberry shake. Like that they have warm water in bathroom to wash hands.

I’m tired of not getting what I order and most of the time what I get is cold food. I’ve told them a hundred times that I’m missing food and they just look at you and walk away I usually don’t ask for anything but I’ve wasted enough money on this place I won’t be eating here oh I will still stop grab a cheeseburger for my dog but that’s it.

Well, uhh, management needs retrained. Especially whoever that one manager was. He yelled at a customer and called him a liar. He also yelled at all his staff. It wasn’t even rush hour. He also said we were lying about our food being burnt. Even though the smell and the brown nuggets were obvious. They aren’t always bad, but I felt bad for customers and staff because of that one manager. Please check who you hire before you give them a power. That’s all I ask. Thank you.

Walked in with a McDonald’s cup from another store I ordered at previously today. (I drive around Iowa for my job) and asked about refilling my cup instead of getting a new one. After placing the order for 1 large mellow yellow the manager as I’m walking out shouts at me that I was stealing and called me a thief. I had to actually show her on her own order screen my order and explain that I’m not a thief and just didn’t feel like waiting for them to hand me a cup. Very disappointed in how she handled the whole situation and she didn’t even apologize for shouting to the whole store that I was stealing 32oz of soda.

Tonight my husband ordered two burgers with NO ONIONS on the mobile app, but ended up getting them with onions. He called and was able to get them re-made. Upon arriving, the manager on duty asked if he had a 20 piece chicken nugget and burger with honey mustard and my husband replied, “No, I just had the two big macs with no onions.” The manager then angrily asked for my husband could pull ahead because he now had to re-make the burgers again. After a few minutes, the same manager came to the window and presented him with only one burger. My husband then reminded the gentleman, that he needed two re-made, not one. The manager then began to raise his voice saying that my husband was holding up the line and wasting his time. He then proceeded to say that next time, my husband should go inside the restaurant and that they simply make the orders based on the way they are placed on the app. My husband then tried to show the manager his order where it clearly states that he requested no onions, but instead of the manager taking a look at the order, he said that looking at his order was a waste of his time and he had to go back to work. My husband then requested the corporate number to report him. After the gentleman, whose name is supposedly Daniel, gave out the number he then slammed the window shut and walked away. This has got to be the absolute WORST service I have ever encountered!
