We are on our vacation. Wife asked for some authentic Mexican food. I looked at the reviews for this place and thought she should like this place. When walking in I was greeted by very nice employees. I ordered take out. A California burrito . It was super big. Also very delicious. I oredered also the Birra tacos. They are supposed to be fried like crispy but they were not. Also had the churros. This would have been five stars but the tacos and churros were either not fried or the oil in the frier was old. They were not as good as burrito because of this . Atmosphere needs a little more comfortable inside. Needs some more authenticicity. Service was great. Thank you.

Food was food. Chips were freshly fried. I had the Del Mar Fajitas. Shrimp, scallops and tilapia with the typical veggies plus pineapple. Tilapia was kinda dry, but everything else was great. HUGE portions. I highly recommend this place.

We really loved this place! The portions are large and everything is so flavorful! We were sat right away despite how busy it looked. I got the Fajita Burrito and my Husband got the Fajita Bowl. My husband has a large appetite and he could only finish half of the bowl. We both thoroughly enjoyed what we chose. The complimentary chips are nice and crispy, and the salsa is cold and delicious. I loved the queso! This is going to be our “go-to” spot whenever we are craving fajitas!

We stopped in for an impromptu late lunch / early dinner, and I will just say – we’ll absolutely be back!
The margarita flight was amazing (we asked for the waiters favorite to add, and he was spot on with the tamarin). Also got the Top Shelf and House – delicious on a hot day!
The food followed suit with the guacamole, tacos, and steak being hearty, flavorful, and delectable. Their menu is pretty large, so I was hesitant, but if the rest are like what we had today? Oh goodness, I want to try them all!

Wow! I was told by a friend of mine that I needed to try this place and I certainly was not disappointed! I ordered the La Taquizo platter and I think they are the best tacos I have ever had in my life. Hot sauce that came with them had an amazing flavor but it definitely lived up to being “hot”. We had the flan for dessert and it was incredibly good! If I had to nitpick and come up with a negative it’s that the booths are really crammed in together and it’s a tight squeeze but didn’t even care because the food was so good. We will definitely be back

Didn’t know where to go tonight, so trying a new place to us. Beautiful restaurant/atmosphere that we actually came to when it was a burger joint, it’s been converted nicely. We were seated and given the traditional chips and salsa; I’m not a fan of the salsa (I like chunky and spicy) but my wife liked it a lot (pulverized and not spicy) HOWEVER… I asked for hot sauce to spice it up and they brought a small bowl of a spicier pulverized salsa that was decent.
We do like a good queso, preferably white and runny which it was, so certainly a win there.
My wife ordered the frozen raspberry margarita and liked it very much, I had the house special line on the rocks, no issues.
Neither of us were extremely hungry so shared the chicken and shrimp fajitas, pretty standard but plenty good, you’re able to add chorizo, jalapeños, or pineapple to it which I did for the shrimp.
Overall, not at all disappointed. Wife was very satisfied. Nothing over the top for me but easily good enough to come back again and try one of many good looking options on the menu

The food here is absolutely delicious! Coming from a Hispanic background where I grew up eating Mexican food all the time, it was hard for me to find good, authentic Mexican restaurants. We have tried multiple restaurants around and while each had some good items on the menu, they were just missing something. When we found this place and tried it for the first time, it hit home. The food was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and the rice was close to the way my mom makes it. I love the atmosphere, the service, the staff, and the food. It is definitely worth the 30 minute drive across town for us. We took my parents once while they were visiting us and they absolutely loved it, they also said it reminded them of Mexico. The decorations inside are stunning. They, as well as us, were very happy, full, and glad we discovered this place! We will be returning!

Food was so good, we definitely ordered too much haha but great leftovers. Even the rice and beans were notably good, I’d recommend anything we got. Especially the shrimp cocktail. Service was also great, loved Tania.
