Today we had the pleasure of being served by Sandra on her very first day at the Pancake House, and you would have never known she was new! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile, a positive attitude, and such a friendly, welcoming energy that made our whole breakfast even more enjoyable.
She was attentive, patient, and made sure everything came out exactly right. Our drinks were always full, our food arrived promptly, and she checked in at the perfect times without ever making us feel rushed. Even while learning the ropes, she handled everything with confidence and professionalism.
What really stood out was her kindness and genuine effort to give great service — she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Sandra is a natural, and the Pancake House is lucky to have her on the team!
We’ll definitely be back and hope to sit in her section again. Great job on your first day, Sandra!

Wow, first time here, and my new favorite breakfast spot! This place is by no means a well kept secret, lots of loyal patrons, with huge space and everything coming out of the kitchen looked delicious. There were two big birthday parties here in the morning and I completely get it. The 49ers pancakes and 3 meat rancheros were perfection. Amazing staff and kitchen. Shout out to our server Luis. Bravissimo!!!
