We purchased a large super supreme pizza at the price of over $20. We were amazed at how totally tasteless it was. Absolutely no Italian flavor, little red sauce? Nothing on it tasted like a pizza. It was the worst pizza that’s we’ve had and the highest price. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I came to the drive thru after ordering with the app. The order wasn’t correct. I went back to the store and Luke took care of me. Beware of the Pizza Hut app

Denise is AMAZING! We love going to the hut but the inside needs a refresh. I’m short and sink so far into some of the booths that the table is to my chin. come on pizza hut! Look out for the little people.

Tuesday pizza buffet. The waitress was a Rockstar, she handled the entire front of house by herself.

Two personal pan cheese pizzas were cooked in round aluminum pan, therefore pizzas were not cooked thoroughly. The pizzas were soggy and dough was almost raw on bottom. Inedible. This is the second time it’s happened. I called store and was told it was a management decision.

We recently got pizza from the south Frederica st store. I think it’s in the 4100 block. It was amazing. Thank u to the staff for taking pride in their work. Seems that Hwy 54 and north Frederica st store can’t get orders right anymore.

They don’t bring everything with your delivery order(only a missing cheese dip, but I paid for it because I wanted it) and then don’t answer the phone. I’m now on my second call to them, it rings a long time then goes to a busy signal. HORRIBLE RESTAURANT IF THEY CANNOT SERVE THEIR CUSTOMERS AFTER THE FACT. Very unhappy with this franchise, and I’d appreciate contact from the owner or manager.

I used to get amazing pizzas from here but the last time I ordered I really was disappointed. I use the coupon for create your own, pickup order that is online for $11.00.
I was given a pizza with no sauce, had the receipt that said classic sauce and house favorite crust. Crust was plain, not even brushed with butter, cheese was barely melted. It was as though they warmed it for 5 minutes and sent it out the door.
