I’ve never been so rushed to order, I understand we had a language issue but lord I felt robbed.
The food was cold… the bread was so soggy, thanks for the one small oion ring on smoke house burger, flat sodas, and we didn’t even get a full shake.
The woman was just NOT helpful and just made an easy outing become the worst part of the day.
Do yourself a favor and SKIP this place— not worth with her attitude and not friendly.

The food was delicious, the cooks are nice women
But you have a problem with a cashier(young girl with brown hair). she is not very friendly, reluctantly answers questions and periodically makes not very pleasant facial expressions to customers

Good food fair service. Fair pricing. It was in the food court at a mall. Not too bad. It was a good atmosphere. It was peaceful despite it being very busy.

Food was amazing but the service was terrible. The cashier was not friendly at all and then it took 45 minutes to get my food. I went to go tell the lady how long it had been and she forgot to give the cook my order. Even after the long wait, they forgot to put relish and onions on my hotdog like I asked.

Had the Route66 and….. well. Grilled onions on cheddar. Super buttered up bun. My wife had the double cheddar bacon burger. Now that is a burger. It was really good. Made my taste like cardboard. My wife always makes the better decisions.

Got my order wrong, forgot to give knife when I asked for it at cashier, and employee gave attitude when I asked for a knife that they should’ve given at the beginning. Hot dogs aren’t that big relative to the price either. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

We had a very bad experience at this place. Staff was very rude. We ordered vegetarian burgers and sandwiches and told them clearly we want only veggies in the burgers and sandwiches, not any kind of meat. But they added Bacon in our food. The lady who was handling the cash register and taking orders completely refuse to replace our order and started ignoring us. Her name is Venessa. She was so rude. Never thought we had to go through all this. I will never go back there again. I will give double 00 to this place.
