I usually have a great experience coming to this little Caesars but today 3–06– 26. I ordered over the phone for a pick up for an Italian cheese bread, customized, and Four sauces on the side to dip. it took them more than 15 minutes because they lost my order so they had too remake it. I get being busy but that was ridiculous. Whoever the girl was working front counter ( I didn’t get her name ) didn’t seem to have no urgency in what was happening. Especially with trying to handle the customers that were gathering in the lobby.

I have ordering from here for years. Recently there is someone working there purposefully putting piece of sausage on the pizza once they figure you are Muslim and do not eat pork. This happened twice to me. .Muslims be aware. I am done ordering from here.

Usually have a great experience at this little caesars, but it was a different story tonight. I ordered 2 orders of cheese crazy puffs, should be easy enough. I pick them up and take them home, open the box, and theyre both completely wrong. One order of pepperoni crazy puffs and one order of cheesesteak crazy puffs. I try calling to see if they can get started on the correct order while im driving back to the store. The employee on the phone has very bad customer service, I had to explain what was wrong like 5 separate times. They ended saying theyre gonna hand me off to a manager, I’m left on an open line for at least 5 minutes, then someone says “hello” and immediately hangs up before I can respond. I decide to just drive back and get it sorted in the store. We’re stuck waiting because the front employee is on the phone with someone else. Another employee comes up and greets us. We explain whats wrong and they grab us new crazy puffs. We take them, get to the car, and theyre the incorrect order again, one cheese one pepperoni. Like I said, normally this little caesars is great, always makes a good pizza, and usually great customer service. But tonight was just terrible.

I only had two order of crazy bread, instructions was easy, well done loaded with butter and cheese. I got the order with the bread made regular and barely any toppings, very disappointed and will never order from here again.

I ordered 3 large pizzas. 2 cheese pretzel crust and one pepperoni pretzel crust. The amount of salt on my pizza was UNREAL. The crust is way undercooked. I called and spoke with Carmen and she remade my pizzas. She was super kind and helped. Having said that I ordered my pizza for delivery and when they remade my pizzas I had to drive to get them. That was definitely inconvenient but you can’t have your cake and ear it too. T

The manager who ran the store tonight did an absolutely awful job. I ordered 2 slice and stix. These are the worst pizzas I’ve tasted in my whole life. Literally look at the photos. This store has always had the worst quality pizza, consistency of their pizza, and customer service especially in regards to making accommodations such as when you wait an extended time like I did tonight.
One pizza is so greasy I had to use degreaser to wash my hands and the other isn’t made right. It’s missing the cheese topping.

I usually get great service here but tonight I just ordered slices and sticks and asked for well-done with garlic Parmesan and I got home and I got the completely wrong order along with the service just feeling rushed and not so much care for the food ver disappointed

Today’s pizza was hot and mostly ready. I suggest ordering ahead because there’s almost always a long wait and skip the drive thru all together. But if you’re hungry and you’ve got no where to be, old faithful is not a bad choice

This Little Caesars is an absolute haven for my boys. It’s conveniently located en route to the skate park, and the staff is consistently welcoming and efficient. We’ve never encountered any problems here. 5 stars without hesitation! What’s more, they’re incredibly accommodating to the skating community – they don’t bat an eye when we roll in with our skates on!”

They served up some raw bull that should have gone into the trash. I’ve ordered this pizza before and it never came out with some extra soft dough. It’s a shame because this location does usually seem reliable. Will update on next visit.
