The service was fast, efficient and with a smile. Did I mention she even smiled and talked about come back (laughing and joking )
Definitely all around positive experience, making me think about my next visit already.
Go check it out for yourself, sure you will get the same service, excellent food and
Decided to go WAY off my lane to get this burger that looked so good.
I waited forever and got a cold burger with CHEESE that I said no to.
I called back because I was mad that I didn’t have time to come get my food right. The lady was nice enough to take my name and offer me a free burger and fries. That was “fine” I decided to try eating the “Cheese“ burger and realized it’s UNDER COOKED. Which is why I went ahead to give this review.
Because any place who cooks beef to specifications ALWAYS ASK FIRST.
So I KNOW that they were negligent.
No drive thru asks if you want medium or well done(.)! Because they are supposed to cook the whole thing?
Jamocha shake were great!!
I’ve been to countless fast-food restaurants, and many “higher-end” establishments across Georgia, but this Arby’s absolutely blows them all out of the water. I’m talking about service that surpasses even steak houses and The Cheesecake Factory – it’s truly in a league of its own. I live a good 45 minutes away, passing two other Arby’s locations on the way, but I make the drive specifically for the incredible experience this team provides.
The moment you walk in, you’ll notice how immaculate the restaurant is, right down to the restrooms. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. What really sets this place apart, though, is the genuinely happy and enthusiastic staff. Every employee I encountered was smiling and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work.
Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Robin, and holy cow, she’s an absolute superstar! You’d think she was getting paid $100 an hour with how much she goes above and beyond. Robin was fantastic, offering personalized recommendations on shakes and Philly steaks. And when there wasn’t a line, she was out on the floor, cleaning tables and engaging with customers – a stark contrast to other places where employees are glued to their phones, even while taking orders!
My advice to this franchise is simple: make it mandatory for every manager to shadow this team before running their own store. This is a trick I learned from a regional manager when I ran a store that consistently ranked #1 in both client experience and production. She made shadowing my store a requirement, and the result was that every store in her team landed in the top 3 within their peer group. This Arby’s has clearly mastered customer service, and their approach should be the standard.
Thank you again, Robin, for being absolutely fantastic! Keep up the incredible work – you’re going to go far!
