I will absolutely never go to this location of bk EVER again, and I will make sure no one I know goes either. This incident happened a few weeks ago, I hope by now, the lady who treated me this way is fired. Basically, I ordered an order on the bk app, and when I came to the drive through to pick it up, the lady working asked me what my name was and I told her my name and then she immediately was being incredibly rude to me from the very start. They were apparently out of shakes so I asked if I could get an item or 2 to equal the price of my shake and she would not give me it, she shut the window on my face. Yet to mention she also purposely didn’t give me my soda that I ordered, and then pretended to act like they were out of sprite…sprite when I came back around the drive through, yeah that’s the biggest lie I’ve ever heard. But anyways, another co worker apologized and then the rude lady grabbed her and again slammed the window in my face, and then the lady screamed goodbye at me and slammed it again. I want you to keep in mind that I wasn’t doing anything and in no way shape or form deserved this kind of behavior. The only thing I did was honked to get her to know that I was at the window still waiting for her to give me what I paid for or atleast give me a refund, but that didn’t work. She literally was staring at me and completely ignoring me while I was waiting for 20 minutes. It was absolutely disgusting behavior. Bk please do better with the employees you hire. I have never once had anyone speak to me like that. I understand sometimes people have bad days, but you should never take it out on somebody else to that extreme of level like that.

Girl at the front counter was less than pleasant, copped an attitude when she didn’t know what to do and had to grab her lead. Huffing and puffing because she had to do more than just stand there on her phone. Didn’t speak a word to me when I walked in and ordered but had one heck of a smart mouth when trying to tell me I had to repay for something that was already paid. It’s really not hard to be kind, she could use some major help. Grateful the manager came to the front with a positive tone and solved the problem.

We will not go back to this location. We live two minutes from here. My husband showed up and they were out of chicken fries and lids and therefore couldn’t make our shakes. The food was ice cold. The staff was unapologetic and even complaining to my husband that our order wàs too large. Ok 4 meals was too much? The fries were also ice cold rubbery and the drinks were sour like they hadn’t cleaned the machine. Already submitted a request for refund since the app allowed the purchase to go through even though they didn’t have chicken fries and couldn’t make shakes. Ridiculous. At least if you don’t have a menu item, apologizing and compensation are the bare minimum customer service. I never make negative reviews but my girls were excited to try the Special Halloween meals. Huge disappointment.

You need to hire better people, I said just a minute please, as I have children in the car telling me what they want and when I went to order and didn’t get an answer she said what are your drinks all rudely. If they don’t want to be there to work then they shouldn’t be. Don’t expect a+ service seeing as it’s fast food however I do not appreciate rudeness either for no reason. Will never come back to this location and I will tell everyone I know not to as well..

I haven’t been to Burger King in some time but it was my favorite fast food burger place to go. But after returning I am far from impressed, the building is falling apart and looks disgusting as far as sanitation and upkeep. My order after a long wait with only one car ahead of me was soggy and inetable.

Went here for breakfast this morning. When ordering was rudely interrupted with “WHAT SIZE?” Upon getting to the window was greeted with a filthy looking person with purple hair, HORRIBLE attitude. After paying, they mumbled some gibberish and closed the window. Then opened it again with an issue like I was wrong for not understanding their grumbles and I could barely make out “come around front to the double doors”. Attitude and sounded like they had marbles in their mouth. Won’t be going to this disgusting place again. Do better BK.

During my drive through order I got yelled at because I was saying no onions. Was told they can’t modify an item until all combo was rung up? So I pull forward then was asked to pull around the building and come inside to pickup my order?? They don’t understand what drive thru means. And very rude

I ordered food from the drive through and when I was supposed to get my change, the very rude, very large manager told me” they don’t use pennies anymore, have a good day”. I did not get my change. This disgusting excuse for a human being should not be anywhere near a food establishment or customer service.

The food portions are adequate and the taste of food far as temperature and overall taste was pretty good. I would rate higher if drive through window employee could smile, be a little more friendlier and the actual food was package / wrapped better (burger patties on bun)
