Stopped in after running errands. Was using a gift card that I wasn’t sure how to redeem. The staff was more than happy to help me….so patient and kind. Got home and everything was good and the order was accurate!! Now that I know where they are, I’ll be ordering there again and I’ll make sure to have a larger Tip!! Thanks to all of the hardworking people that I observed at this location!! All of the customers stopping in to pick up their orders were nice too!!

Today I placed an order at 4:23 pm. After about an hour, I called the store and they told me it was already on its way and would arrive in 10 to 15 minutes. I waited another hour and called again, and they told me again that it would arrive in 10 to 15 minutes this time. I waited another hour and called for the third time. Three hours had already passed since I placed my order, and they told me again that it would take another 10 to 15 minutes. This service is unacceptable. They shouldn’t take more orders than they can handle; they’re only interested in taking customers’ money and wasting their time.

Ordered at 7:57 pm, and the order still wasn’t on the way after 9 pm, so we called and they said it wouldn’t be in the oven until 10 pm. We obviously canceled because who waits two hours for pizza on a weekday?

Worst Dominos I’ve ever experienced. On two different occasions I’ve got the wrong order, COMPLETELY wrong; like one of the pizzas didn’t even have cheese on it wrong. Wrong toppings, wrong pizza type. They don’t answer the phone. I gave them two chances, that’s it for me. Horrible location!

Ordered ahead to get our pizza before 10pm. They waited to call us until after 10pm that the pizza was going to be 1 hour and 30 minutes late. We called and were handed off to someone who never gave a name, was rude and would answer our questions other then they had do many orders ahead of us. He claimed to have called three time but phone records from our phone company and our phone show one call with a voice-mail. And no option of we could come pick it up faster nothing. We ended up having no choice but to cancel as the person on the phone gave us no other choice. Never going here or ordering from this location. Call another pizza place near by that was better than Domino’s pizza in 10 minutes.

I ordered a veggie pizza without mushrooms and diced tomatoes, but with everything else included. What I received had exactly the ingredients I specifically asked to leave out. When I called to get the issue corrected, the person on the phone was sarcastic and unhelpful. He claimed that I placed the order wrong, even though I clearly stated my preferences. I asked him to review the call recording — since they say the line is recorded — but he refused. On top of that, he told me it would take about two hours to get a corrected pizza delivered. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I’m taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Waited a Hour For Burnt Pizza….. called the store was Hanged Up On 2X …. it was 1035pm when Called the Gentlemen Was Rude Unprofessional and Denied to Have a New One Sent Out Said All His Driver Went Home at 1035pm on Saturday Night. Poor Customer Service This Gentlemen Shouldn’t Be In Customer Service Industry. He Would Barley Let me Speak and Kept Trying to Talk Over me and Kept Misgendering Me. This Needs to be addressed.
