Ok, gave you a 5 as I know from IA city you are fabulous… ate at the IA city store last week. Should have posted pics as it was perfect! BUT , QC fare… not so much.. I’ll make do as you transition.. I’ll make the soggy fries GREAT via my own.Air Fryer… And the rest great too, but you can and WILL, do better … I just know it ; otherwise, no go in the QC.. ..

The food was served so hot we actually needed to allow it to cool before eating. Our server – Nathan – was friendly and efficient. I loved the French dip with Onion Rings for a side. Really crispy onion rings. My spouse had the fried chicken sandwich plus fries. A good place for Valentine’s Day! The music was widely varied and made for an awesome lunch.

I’ve been to Micky’s Irish Pub a couple of times, and it’s a good spot overall. It can get pretty busy on weekend nights, but the service has always been solid. My food came out quickly, and my server, Faith, was really nice and attentive. The sandwich I had was just not bad, but nothing special. Still, the atmosphere is great, and it’s a fun place to grab a drink and some food. I’d definitely come back!

This was my first experience at Micky’s, we were looking for a place to have fish and chips in memory of my spouse that passed. He always had fish fry’s on his birthday and this place was awesome ! Ben was very attentive to our dining experience. Food was hot fast and delicious. I will definitely be back and have since recommended to others.

2nd experience here. First time had wings which were huge and crispy!! I had spicy garlic with the bleu cheese dressing!! All the sauces and dressings are house made and delicious!! Also tried the fried pickles and those were soo soo good!! Today, my girlfriend had BBQ chicken sandwich. Tasty BBQ dressing. I had the fried pickle sandwich!! The swiss cheese with the chicken breast and the pickle just blended very well together!! Chicken breast was tasty and juicy!! Had us some onion rings as well which were to die for!! I highly recommend this place! Our server, Zoe was great too!!

Food and drinks not bad at all, but the service? Terrible. Not sure if she is the manager or not but one bartender was extremely passive aggressive with me after I said I would like to order another drink due to me not liking the what I had gotten. She then went to speed walk to my table looking angry telling me to tell her exactly what I wanted so she wouldn’t have to “make another drink that I’ll just end up not liking”. Again, extremely passive aggressive tone and attitude. I have worked customer service before and would never give such a negative attitude when simply asked for a different drink. Trashy place with trashy people.

The one thing that turned me off when it was Ruby’s was that it was so loud in there. They have done nothing to soften the industrial reverb of the inside! Still an acoustic nightmare. It’s an Irish Pub and not one Irish thing inside. Irish themed menu. Food was great. But coming from someone who’s Irish. I expected the inside to be redone and different. I’m gonna try and go again when it’s summer and the doors can be open and outside options will be available.

Our server was really good. The food was very yummy. The place is really nice looking. They could really use some climate control in the waiting area for the restrooms though. Maybe some chairs or bench seating out there too. Not the best situation for facilities for sure.

Excellent food, great service! We had a group of 6 for lunch yesterday for my wife’s birthday. The chili is delicious! Also had the Davenport burger which was really good. Everyone said their food was great.
