I don’t understand why Taressa makes everything so difficult and complicated. Maybe not just her, the app isn’t great. I tried to order one of the Auntie Anne’s sidekicks on the app, and it told me it was not available, so I called the store directly. They told me I was unable to place the order over the phone, even though it only took 3 minutes to make (their words), and I had to go into the store and order it as a walk in. As per their policy. As a customer, I am trying to minimize my wait time. That’s why I tried to order it online, that’s why I tried to call it in over the phone. You want to make it as difficult as possible? You know what? Never mind.
Edit; Oh look at that, they are shutting down. Maybe they should try being nicer to customers and they would have gotten more business. Looking at you Taressa. I guess what goes around comes around.

Had the toaster shut down over 20 minutes before close. I have worked at more than one subway in more than 1 state and that is not how things are done! Kinda sad couldn’t even get part of what we wanted due to toaster being off

Manager Teresa is the rudest person I seen. Zero customer service skills and thinks it’s funny to wait to make online orders until the customer gets there to pick it up. Do not recommend this location at all!!!

It took the girl 20 minutes to make 2 wraps for me while a line was forming behind me. Either need better staff or better training. I usually get great service at Subway…but not at the one in Halstead.

It’s quite nice and the food is delicious unlike any other subway there happens to be a drunk clown who works there, judging by the make-up and hair dye, if she is there business dies, if she’s not you’ll have a good time. If she’s sober and there walk right back out and go to a different subway.

The one time I actually got in they were great!!! Came in the next two days and they were hecka busy so I had to take lunch elsewhere. I actually things there’s only two employees because I only ever see the two of them there

It’s the only fast food place in Halstead. But it’s a good place to eat. Always clean. It can get busy depending on town activities occurring that day but it’s usually quiet and quick.
