Gosh I used to like Arby’s, I really did. What it is today is another story. To me, its the most fasely advertising fast food joint in the game. The photos they show you versus the crap you get is insane. This Italian beef they’re bragging about is so void of meat that the bread sits FLAT on itself. The employees are nice, but they cannot make up for the crap food and terrible portions for the size. They even advertise this Meat and 3 box thing as a cool deal with 3 sides, as if its their competitive option versus those 4 and 5 dollar McDonald’s and Wendy’s meals. Uou have to check the small print to find put youre not getting 3 sides, but three tiny miniature versions of sides. It just sucks. Its hard to argue the quality of the food is that much better when there is nothing to eat.

After seeing an ad on TV for the fish sandwich special Arbys was running we decided to visit this location. We moved up here from another part of FL over 2 years ago and have had good luck with several restaurants and fast food venues at exit 170. The first thing I noticed was the interior looked dirty and unkept. When the young female employee finally wondered up to the counter to take my order she didn’t have a clue about any specials. I didn’t press the issue and went next door to Culvers where we have always received great food in a clean environment. There is a reason Culvers had 12 to 14 customers and Arbys had 2 or 3. We won’t be back.

Food was not cooked fresh as requested. I like my Fish, Fries, and Mozarella Sticks cooked fresh after I order. Had to send food back you be re-made. Employees seemed upset at my request.

Hadn’t been to the King’s Hwy location in a long time and fell victim to the awesome advertising of the new steak nuggets. I got the bowl. It consisted of extremely dry meat, like day old dry beef brisket. The white cheddar mac & cheese was tasteless and it was topped with a couple mini onion straws. $10. Won’t make that mistake again. Wish I had watched the YT video reviews before ordering it. I’ll stick with the roast beef sandwich.
However, I have to say that this location has gotten better. Friendlier staff, faster drive-thru. I did have a short wait, but at 6pm I was the only person in the drive-thru, yet I was asked to pull-over to a parking space and wait. Anyway, I still give this location a 4/5 because I do see an improvement. Just stay away from the steak nuggets. Phenomenal advertising/terrible menu item.

The new beef nuggets are off the chain. Tender and full of flavor. They are juicy too. Served with BBQ sauce. Good to FOREVER for the cat in front of me and the manager at the window was not very friendly. 11:46 am. Too early to be grumpy. Drive thru so no atmosphere rating.

This restaurant is filthy. I’m serious. I’m not a picky person but this location is disgusting. Nothing is stocked. Food literally all over the place. No clean tables. No condiments and what there is…is all over the counter. Not stocked. Employees sitting around on phones. The Manager is sitting in a chair looking down at the ground on his phone. There’s no making this up. Smh at the incompetence and lack of caring. Ugh

This restaurant is absolutely filthy! There is iced tea spilled all over the floor (my shoes were sticking to it). The condiment dispenser in the dining room is terribly dirty. There is sticky mold-like substance all around the rim of it, the dispensers themselves had the paper soufflé cups over them. When you take the one over the ketchup off you see a string of dried crusted ketchup coming out of it. Some tables are dirty, one had dried ketchup on the top, some had scattered napkins.
The food was also very disappointing. My husband said his roast beef was bland. All of the wraps/containers were greasy.
Now so you understand none of this can be excused because of business/lack of staff. The whole time we were in there we were the only customers in the dining room. There was one person that picked up a to go order and only one car went through the drive-through. This was on a Weds evening, around 8pm. Now we understand why this place always looks empty.

Customer service was excellent the place or spotless and clean. I’ll be honest with you this is probably one of the best Arby’s I’ve ever been to I do give him five stars all away if you ever get a chance make sure you stop in and get you a nice meal you will not regret it and it is children friendly keep up the great work you’re doing an awesome job

I order the classic roast beef sandwich whenever I visit any Arby’s. It’s the only thing I eat from there . This was the first time I’ve ever gotten sick after eating at an Arby’s. I will not be returning to this particular location.

On 11/11/24 @ around 745pm Arby’s on kingshway, We spent over 37.00 and the roast beef was thick, dry and all over the bun. It was terrible. One Sandwich was a beef and cheddar, but it didn’t have cheddar. And for those sandwiches to be passed out thru the drive thru by the manager made it worse. Shame on you Arbys.
