My 10 year old son and I go for breakfast at the Pickens location a lot. And they always know when they see me walk in I need a gravy bistro go extra light biscuit and when someone new is working they tell them make sure you put light biscuit to go it’s for her mom who recently has a stroke. They always leave little bits on my Mama’s container. And they always fix our stuff fresh. The breakfast crew is the best and they go above and beyond to make make every visit perfect. Thank you ladies all of you for always being so nice and understanding and just being a blessing.

The employees are mostly nice in the mornings. Sometimes can be a little snippy, but who can’t be at 5:30 in the morning. The food is usually decent. The orders are always correct. The speed in the morning is 7/10 times fast. Not a bad place for a quick bite when you’re in a rush.

Thursday 8:15 PMWhen we came in , employees were sitting out front . The fry cook was wrapped around a girl at the first table. They reluctantly came up , he came back after putting our order together.
At 8:15( 45 minutes before close) we had cold hard fries and
employees did not seem to care at all when we took
them back. He said they had already cut off the oil . I ordered tea and they gave me unsweet.
When I asked if it was sweet, she said well that’s all we have , we just dumped the rest.
Although these issues were relatively minor, the attitude from the employees was the worst part. They had no apologies, customer service was zero. No one stepped up as manager or seemed to care.
We watched as they later dropped new fries for drive through .

Ordered two large orders of hash rounds. First they didn’t put it in my bag and I had to go back. Then I hear the girl ask if she needed to pull me forward while they cooked more and the lady didn’t respond. She asked the lady if there was enough for 2 orders and the lady again didn’t respond and just handed her the bag. When I looked in the bag, the hash round boxes weren’t even half full to complete 1 full order of large hash rounds. Just ridiculous when I paid for 2 large.

Shout out to the woman running the drive thru and grill cook Monday evening!!! I came through with my 4 sons after hiking all day. She and the grill cook could have been talking about something else, but I thought we might be unwanted. Being said, once she came to the window, she was super polite and got our drinks immediately. She then asked us to pull up as OUR FOOD was being COOKED FRESH. Ended up being THE BEST Hardee’s burgers/fries EVER and polite/caring customer service! Moral of the story: don’t judge a person at first glance. Also, Hardee’s of Pickens, you rock!!!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Me and my friends had a great feast here, and the manager Beth was SO sweet. I recommend coming here, especially to have delicious tenders and crunchy tasty fries. 10/10
