It isn’t a well run Taco Bell. They are always out of something if you go at night. (Do not even try to get the fries
Never have them.) I was told the manager doesn’t order enough product. Workers are okay, but it is slow even by post-Covid19 standards. Limited options in this area so it will work if you have to go. Compared to the McDonald’s by it, it is the most well run restaurant in America though. Lol

Used to be spot on every time.
I don’t know why it’s so hard to get a CHICKEN taco, but the last two times I’ve been, my order has been wrong.
A few weeks ago, I ordered 3 soft chicken tacos. I got chicken AND beef. They were busy. I was already home. I let it slide, but they went in the trash.
Tonight- two soft chicken tacos. Paid the upcharge for chicken. Receipt was correct. Get home. Two beef tacos. Soggy, hardly anything on them…

Went to Taco Bell and the associates stated they were out of lettuce. No biggie, just ordered something else. Ordered 2 quesadillas that were practically tortillas and a pinch of cheese and chicken. Do yourself a favor and go into Avon for better Taco Bell. I think I’m done giving this one a shot at my business.

Was picking up a mobile order for someone and waited for 30 minutes before I gave up and left. Some poor guy next to me had been sitting long before I got there and they hadn’t even started on his food yet. If you’ve got time to kill this is the place. I’ve never had a fast experience here ever

I go to the Danville Taco Bell pretty regularly, but today will unfortunately be my last visit. The service is usually only okay, not great, but today was the final straw. When I went through the drive thru, there was only one other customer in front of me, and no one behind me. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and cheesy gordita crunch with a large drink, which the order part went smoothly. Now, when I got up to the window is when the issues started. I paid for my food, received my drink, and then waited. There were two people just standing at the drive thru window, neither of them spoke to me but they kept the window open so I could hear the conversation inside. They kept complaining about the drive thru time and how it was taking too long. One of the drive thru workers even said he “bumped” my order to avoid the time issue and it still took over 5 minutes. Once they did get my order, without apologizing or saying anything, he shoved the bag in my face and said “have a good day.” I’ve worked in food service so I know it can be stressful, especially on a time crunch. But I didn’t deserve the treatment I received and then to top it off my food was messed up when I received it (picture included). Taco Bell is my favorite fast food joint, but maybe it’s time to find something else.
