It’s a McDonald’s! If you are looking for a 5 star dining experience why are you looking for it at a fast food joint? As far as McDonald’s go this one is one of the best I’ve been to. Fairly fast, looks kept/clean, and service was good/courteous…..better than the folks bolting after placing their order to be first to the window they might pass out I guess from the extra minute of waiting! All in all a great McDonald’s experience!

Food is always fresh and served in a timely manner. The staff is great and treat people like family. The table service is nice. They bring out coffee to the table so we don’t have to walk back and forth for refills. They also come around and clear the tables for us so we can enjoy our drinks without all the garbage clutter.

I recently had a frustrating experience at McDonald’s when ordering a simple cheeseburger with only ketchup. Upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that the cheeseburger was not prepared as requested. Instead of being a plain cheeseburger with just ketchup, it was loaded with unwantedingredients such as mustard and pickles. This mistake not only ruined my meal but also highlighted a lack of attention to detail in the preparation process. I hope that McDonald’s can improve their order accuracy to prevent similar issues in the future, ensuring that customers receive exactly what they ordered.

We popped in on our way home back to Madison, and they are hands down the best McDonalds we’ve ever been to! They actually did extra pickles (not just 2 as most do when you ask for extra pickles pickles) and the fries were the best we’ve ever had! piping Hot and fresh! Delicious and were only sad we I have to go back to our McDonald’s in Madison, where the fries are warm at best and you get two pickles when you say extra

Stopped by this McDonald’s on Nov. 9, 2024 evening and it was amazing! Way better than any other McDonald’s. Food was fresh, fries not over salted and my Big Mac had lots of lettuce and onion on it. I wish every McDonald’s was up to this place’s standards. Good job team!
