Store was very clean which is what you definitely expect from a Chick-fil-A. The employee was extremely helpful. My family member had lost their order information on their phone but the girl was not hesitant on helping them with the order. The food was great and the frosted lemonade was delicious as always.

Not sure I even need to do a review. I will just echo what others have said about incorrect orders and rude employees. My mobile order was missing a couple of items, which I didn’t discover until after I left so I turned around and went back. When I got back in line I told them I wanted the whole order to be redone because the stuff I already had would cold by the time I got home. The manager came out with my food and took the bag with incorrect order in it, and when I told him I should compensated for the inconvenience he told me he just “gave” me $40 worth of food. Excuse me?? I paid for it you didn’t “give” me anything! He was a real jerk. Like many others, I will not be back to this location. I’ve never had any problems at other locations just this one, and this is definitely not the first time I’ve had problems here. I won’t be going back.

We went to Chick-fil-A around 10:20 and placed a mobile order for a burrito, 4-count minis, and hash browns. I understand it was close to the lunch transition, but that shouldn’t mean quality gets tossed aside. The burrito wasn’t even rolled—it looked more like a boat than anything else. Honestly, it just came off as lazy, especially considering they weren’t even that busy.

The only location where staff was very rude. All the cashiers were young and very rude. I asked for the free senior drink and she laughed at me informing my guest and I they don’t do that at that location. I waited for a cashier at a register to order than she just walked away so went to another cashier. Absolutely no explanation! This location needs new cashier help. The waffle fries were cold and dry. Went to location around 12.30 for lunch but will not being going back again.

Food was absolutely scrumptious. Chicken wasn’t dry; it was fresh, moist and full of flavor in each bite; i recommend putting their own signature sauce on their sandwiches. The staff there are very nice and very patient; they’re under no pressure to go measures to make sure your food is fresh and correctly done with a good ole smile. Lafayette Location did well and so did this one.

Honestly, I don’t see what all the fuss is about. The chicken squeaked on my wife’s teeth. She says that’s a bad thing however the bathrooms there were clean. I just don’t understand the appeal of this place, usually there’s a huge line, a drive-thru that you have to wait in for like months, and you just get a moderately priced chicken sandwich.

I normally go to the location on Main St (close to my job) and ALWAYS have great food and service. Portage td location is a whole other story. I check in and pull around to pick up and sit there for 10 minutes while they help a few cars next to me. I sat there so long I got an alert on my app asking if I was still in line. No one said anything to me until they brought out my food, which was another issue. Mac and cheese was not all the way baked and the chicken were huge pieces that weren’t even fried all the way. So many girls behind the door and still couldn’t get acknowledged. I will take my business back to Main st even though it is farther from my home than Portage rd.
Update: pretty sure I got food poisoning. I have been sick since 2:30 am when I was woke up from the terrible pains in my stomach. And well, you know the rest. Thanks again to the group of girls working last night 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND

Every time I come here, they get the order wrong. Today, same as usual. I don’t even ask them to make it right….it’s not worth the argument. I was so excited about having a child fil a near me, nothing but a disappointment.
