Arrived at 6ish in the evening on Monday and had no problem finding any seat I wanted. I do really like that the tall tables have built in power
Dominic was a great, friendly, and amiable server who made fun conversation and seemed super chill. The bartender made my favorite mocktail ever and shook the guava-Fevertree grapefruit for as long as any real cocktail, and with a sprig of mint to boot.
The food was substandard and small. My $18 entree salad with $7 additional chicken was the size of a side. The blackened, grilled chicken was nice and moist, but I wish I had over 4 oz of it. The arugula was crisp as usual but the endive seemed to be near its end and was getting flaccid and brown. I was trying to be healthy but shoulda gone with the yummy looking Space Dust Chicken Sandwich…next time!

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food, service, and portions while we waited for our flight. The only pause was really the price point ($60 for the gift pretzel, sliders, and one drink). That said it was all VERY good and the wait staff was friendly and fantastic.

Food is great with the salmon not being dry and the tots are nice and crispy. But these prices are ridiculous. The salmon might have been a 1/4 lb, maybe, and there was only a small handful of tots that were less than you get in a small Wendy’s. For $22 there is huge improvement opportunity on the serving size. But again, the food was great and the server was nice, just lousy pricing.

I had just gotten off a stressful flight from Denver and had my cat with me. I saw open tables and I was hungry so I didn’t think much of if. But the host was very welcoming and on top of everything, the environment was calm which was just what I needed for my cat. I ordered the TBLT and fries. It was excellent, especially the fries, they were cooked perfectly, the perfect crunch while still being soft inside. Whatever you order I suggest getting the fries with it. This was great. If I have to fly through seattle again I will eat here again.

Stopped in for a couple of drinks before our flight. My wife had the prickly pear Mai tai and she loved it, expect to pay higher prices at the airport, $20 cocktail. I had the season beer which was Elysian Hazy 96 and it was delicious. A great view of the runway, good place to kill time before your flight!

This is my honest review. At first I thought my server was having a bad day, since she had been treating me rude and pushy. I work at the SEA Airport so I’m a regular. Today my server was rolling her eyes and wouldn’t even look at me in the eye I placed my order. Great food but service is zero.

Very slow service and elements of my food were missing when it finally arrived. Small portions of fries and a mediocre burger. $75 for a salad a burger and 2 soft drinks. Go to Wendy’s instead!

If you’re in the N terminal at Sea Tac and not in the mood for Wendy’s nearby, this Elysian Brewery spot isn’t the worst. (Def upgrade from the Mexican kiosk nextdoor)
The incredibly friendly service from Valerie and staff is what gained an extra star! Both servers were attentive, present, and greeted new comers despite being ‘seat yourself’.
You’re going to pay airport prices for less than amazing quality food, but the options here are a step and a half above fast food. We got the chowder was good, and two flatbreads (pepperoni and the caprese) which were okay for not being baked in a brick oven. They were out of some of their signature cocktails so I settled for a pinot grigio which was fine.
Lots of seating in the bar area, seating for more than 2 is a little limited. Tables were cleaned and bussed quickly.
Can’t say I’m waiting to go back, but for airport options, this is one of the betterish ones.
