With their delicious and perfectly cooked hamburgers and freshly fried fries, I think they offer a better experience than other chain burger joints. This branch was also nice and fast. The staff were polite and quick. Even though they prepared the burgers and fries after we ordered, we didn’t wait too long, and the fries were very hot. You can grab your own sauces from the side; they have mayonnaise, ketchup, and chili options. Also the tables were really clean even though we visited at midnight, loved that detail. Right in front of the metro station exit, easily accessible.

First time here, always see the stores around the city and gave it a shot after a disappointing afternoon. I could order my burger without having to talk to anybody and I waited for it while doodling in my sketch-book. My meal was ready in a couple of minutes, and I ate it watching my show. I felt very a vontade/comfortable here. Later I talked to Shiva, they prepared my burger and are a new trainee! They did a really good job and attended me with care and respect. Not enough sauce. That would be my only complaint. They put barely anything at all. So if you’re a sauce person like I am, you may way to order extra and avoid the potential disappointment. Otherwise, the burger was delicious ! Not much to say about service as you place your order at the kiosk and wait for your number to come up. Other than picking up your food, no real interaction with staff, but they seemed friendly enough. Not much of an ambiance to talk about, no music, screens or anything.
If it’s your first time you will choose your burger, any extras you want and then they’ll ask what you don’t want. So don’t panic. I highly recommend and would definitely return. Enjoy!

Best place to get some burgers. Staff is super fast and always nice even when the place is packed they manage to make the orders fresh and in time. Absolut win to have this place around

Had a pretty disappointing experience here. Made the trip here because it was recommended by a friend and after reading so many positive reviews I was pretty excited to try it. Came back pretty unsatisfied. I had the bacon burger, the patty was pretty thin and quite dry, probably dry enough that you can tell from the pictures. The vegan burger was also average. Fries were pretty good. Ultimately not sure if I just got unlucky and got served a bad batch but I definitely did not experience the ‘perfectly cooked juicy patty’ mentioned in a lot of the reviews. Might consider giving it another shot at another location but probably not soon. Price is pretty competitive though.

I came back after 5 years and I’m happy to see they have improved even more. Don’t get me wrong! The burgers are still amazing! My wife just try them and she agrees but they have added some order screen that will help us people that don’t speak the language making the experience even better. Try any burger and it will not disappoint, fries are great, even better with cheese, but im not so sure about the cookies
