On Thanksgiving I oreded 2 drinks in the mobile app, came in and picked them up 15 mins after the 6-8 allowed time. The workers forgot to make one of the two drinks and I was already late. How sadd during the holiday my kid can not have their drink. Its hot chocolate guys. Very sadd

Always a pleasant experience at this location. I’ve been hooked on Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matchas and this location makes them perfect every time. I’ve had them at 4 different locations and this one never disappoints. Also, the staff is always super friendly.

Uuuhhhh this location is the pits. Looooong, long lines. And the drinks are NEVER full strength. Watered down, no flavor…yuck. And for $5 each?
No thanks. Today I complained because I asked specifically for them not to over dilute….they did anyways….I pointed it out & asked for more chai syrup (which is free) & the barista just glared at me. While the window lady (Corrina) with the sweet, kind voice is the best….the drinks are the worst. Just go with the pros on
S.Saginaw just 5 minutes away. (Closed now & new location is not great.)
Update 2023: things have gotten way better around here. Fast turn around & drinks are being made correctly lately. Thank you!!

However the drinks are always so watered down. For the $6 drink…they should have some flavor. It’s so frustrating!!
I strained one & look at the cup. 90% full of ice. So it’s literally is watered down. And this has been everyday single day .. for all of 2024.
I know I should just quit coming…but a well made drink is my favorite!! I hate complaining but I have half the time to ask for extra base. Sorry employees. I really am!! But please measure correctly. Please.
Update again: I’m dumb to continue to try…I know this. This is a super diluted refresher. Zero flavor. I even asked for extra base….the gal told me she even remade it because it looked too watery. Then it’s still watery. I don’t get it. A wasted of $6. Every time. Please get it together Starbucks!!

I’m not a frequent Starbucks goer or any coffee shop really, but I was in the area and I needed a caffeine boost and also wanted something sweet but cold since it was a hot summer day, so I went through their drive-thru and ordered an iced caramel macchiato. Service was good and pretty fast. When I pulled up to the window to pay, I was a bit thrown back though when they handed me the device through the window to pick if I wanted to pay a tip and for how much. I think it’s crazy to even ask for a tip especially from a drive-thru window! You are not entitled or deserve a tip just because you showed up to your job like you were supposed to in the first place. Yes the drink was good and so was the service, as I would expect it to be, but that alone doesn’t render a tip. I believe the whole tipping culture has gotten out of control lately and more and more people are feeling entitled to tips just for showing up and doing the bare minimum. The only time tips may be deserved, but not guaranteed, is when you provide a customer with a service that you give your undivided attention to but also go a bit above and beyond what is required and you make the customer feel warm and happy and taken care of, a good attitude is extremely important. Any job that most of your pay is from tips can be very exhausting and stressful and just isn’t for everyone, so don’t be taking any job thinking you’re going to make a bunch of money off of tips and only do the bare minimum. Anyways, enough of me ranting about tips, and back to the Starbucks review. I was satisfied with my drink and experience and was enough for me to be a returning customer in the future. I’m sure everyone has already heard or knows that Starbucks is a bit pricey, but I guess the quality makes up for it. I think it’s too expensive to make it a daily thing, but I don’t mind paying for it every once in a while though, especially when I know I should be getting a higher quality drink compared to other coffee shops.
