Bdubs is my youngest kids favorite ! When we stopped in and ordered what we always do, our order was unfortunately wrong and my husband wasnt able to find our waitress. He waited up front for 10 minutes before pressing the button for assistance, which is when this young lady Morgan (i believe the actual cook) helped get our order ! She was so nice and got our kiddo his mozzarella sticks and our other sides super quick. she even got a huge smile out of him and that says a lot ! She turned our day around completely and it was just so refreshing .

We really enjoy our visits to BDubs. The wings are delicious and come out fresh and hot. The staff is very welcoming and the service is fast, waitress Rylee C is the best! It’s a great place to grab food with friends and watch a game. Always a solid choice

BWW has a worker that is consistently professional and reliable. Morgan, as a cook, delivers high quality food with great attention to detail and she also assists with answering the phone and handling orders efficiently and courteously. Her strong work ethic and willingness to support multiple areas of the restaurant greatly enhance the customer experience. Morgan is a valuable asset to this location. Everytime that i have visited this BWW location i feel as if the atmosphere isn’t “energetic” like the reviews say. There are few good workers that will make your day better as well as Morgan.

Riley was attentive enough during our visit last night,not excellent but okay (she kept asking for appetizers at the beginning).
She even told us beforehand that a large group was coming so our order might take a while, very kind of her.
The food tasted really great, flavorful, and we could get 5 sauces from 30 wings we ordered.

I just want to really take a second and just admire how amazing our waitress was!!! Her name was lyric. She was so amazing to us really respected us was very helpful and not even just to us. There was a table that’s been sitting there waiting for their server and she stepped in and took over. She was amazing! God bless her! ❤️

I get to orders quite a bit and I just love calling in and getting the cook, Morgan… I think her last name starts with a B… She’s got the cute pink hair!
She always makes sure my order is on point and is always willing to help when the cashier’s or servers can’t get to the register. I will say tho that when I have tried to go for supper the atmosphere is very different. I’m not sure who the evening manager is but I think they need to tighten up that crew
If you plan on going to bluff bww … Go in the morning/lunch time and ask for Ashlee for your server (she’s UH-MAZING too!) and you def want Morgan with the pink hair handling your food! They will make your trip well worth it! Thank you ladies!!

I wanted to take a brief moment to show my family’s appreciation to our server Lyric.
My husband forgot to ask for fries and she brought them out anyways as if she read his mind. It was also my son’s birthday and she apologized to us know in advance stating she was having a hard day, but yet it seemed she was doing anything and everything to make our experience great. My son was more than happy with the icecream she brought out and I couldn’t be more thankful for an amazing server! Definitely referring you guys, thank you so much Lyric!
