I visited the Firehouse Subs location in Kissimmee 192 / YJP and had a very disappointing experience. The “OPEN” sign was clearly lit, and the door was unlocked. Naturally, we walked in expecting to place an order and have a seat. However, we were immediately told by the staff that they were closed and that we couldn’t stay—even though everything indicated they were open for business.
There was no courtesy, no explanation, just a rude dismissal. If you’re going to close early, at least turn off the sign and lock the doors. It’s simple customer service.
This kind of treatment leaves a bad taste—worse than any sandwich could. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

The food was amazing, I had the spicy Cajun Chicken sub and it was absolutely delicious. The service I got there was great, the one taking our order, Anne, was very polite, making sure our order was correct and checking up on us. The atmosphere was nice and quiet.
