3rd time is Not the charm. I think I’m finally giving up on this location. The food is horrid and the tenders were over cooked and grease soaked. Fries weren’t even half filled but inedible anyway so I guess that doesn’t matter.
Overpriced nastiness. Shame since Arby’s used to be a favorite.
This has been going on so long that it’s a joke on local gossip pages and it’s obvious the owners don’t care.

You walk into the counter and it’s approximately five minutes before anyone even looks at you with lots of employees to stand around talking. If you own this restaurant, you probably should come here and order some food and see what kind of service you get.

Food was bland. Not bad, not great. Dining room was very dirty, several tables were covered in trash and there were puddles of water on the floor. The workers were very sweet though.

We stood at the counter maybe 4 minutes with no one else there before we were acknowledged or waited on and the drive thru girl looked straight at us and never told anyone we were out here. The wait for food was unacceptable. What the heck is going on at this place unacceptable service!!! Replace whoever is in charge!!!

I stopped by Arby’s yesterday to get free sandwich. I had gotten a coupon in the mail and was determined to use it.
The biggest complaint I have of this place is that it’s so slow. After waiting 5 to 10 minutes in a 4 or 5 car line that hadn’t moved at all I left. I was in a hurry for work thinking 10 minutes to spare was enough time. I was wrong.
The next day having more spare time i successfully attempted this time to get my sandwich. For amusement I timed my wait in a 4 car line which moved somewhat faster than the day before. Total time 14 minutes and 17 seconds. Pitiful!
The food tasted fresh and warm and this satiated my annoyance. The staff were nice and clean and polite.
Arby’s I’ve always found to be quality food but they take a long time and this has not changed at the local location.
