Traveling and really wanted Taco Bell
Should’ve left as soon as entering the restroom. Urinal out of order, toilet full of waste, TP and paper towel, no bag in the wastecan which was half full of used paper towels.
Dining area looked reasonably clean so I decided to stay.
Ordered a Supreme Luxe Box. Absolutely no ice tea in either decanter, box missing the taco, had to literally say excuse me and still wait to be helped even though employees had made eye contact.
Won’t be back.

For the first time ever picking up from this location, my food was actually behind the counter and not sitting on the pickup counter. I had to actually ask for it. I wished they’d bring back the boxes for a 10 pack order, its better sealed than the paper sacks

Don’t go unless you have an hour to sit in the line, they’re incredibly slow here. This isn’t a few occurrence thing either, it’s very known to be 30 mins before you can even order your food in the drive thru. Food is so hit or miss here, they’re also always out of a crucial ingredients too (beef or lettuce or cheese) which is prob not their fault, just something to note about this location. Staff is also hit or miss, some are quite rude but some are nice.

Crunchwrap didint even look like a crunchwrap and had next to nothing in it which was mostly cheese. My chicken quesadilla which i requested and paid for extra chicken in was only 2/3 full and thin. However my cinnabun bites were pretty decent.

I have given this location multiple chances. I’ll save the long stories I have – this owner should be ashamed. I’ll post pictures of the smelly funny, un-edible chicken I just received. This was the final straw, someone is seriously going to get very sick. This isn’t just a one-off either….

They open at 0700; showed up at 0715; at 0745 they tell us we must use the kiosk to order. We drove around to the drive through and it still took them 15 minutes to get our order. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!

Was there at 5:20 and left at 6:30 Quite sad and who knows what the hours are as everywhere on the building you look the times are different from the website. Needs shutdown or an entire new staff. Do better!

Me and my husband have always ordered the steak grilled cheese burrito and I always ask for no chipotle sauce and he gets his with it. Well every time we go we ask them nicely if they could mark the ones without the sauce and they said they will and they never do so we always have to play a guessing game of which is which and it gets old.
