Beware of this location. Clerks like to add tips without your knowledge to your credit card. Caught them doing this again this morning. They play dumb. Just beware. Mainly the girl with dyed hair and the bull nose ring. Shady for sure. Has happened more than once

This starbucks used to be good. 2023 and later this place has reallllly gone downhill. Zero customer service skills, coffee actually can be bad at times, and worst of all your meal prepper. Whoever you have working your meal station on weekends (Sept/Oct 25) is worse than your avg dunkin employee. That single person has cost me $25 so far.. put a mop in their hand not something that involves reading and accuracy..

Myself and 8 other cars stood in line for 15 min until I stepped out the car to go to the window and asked if they were going to attend up as two men stood there talking to each other ignore all of us. Once he saw me stand there he turned off some the lights didn’t acknowledge that I even came to the door.

Best customer service around! Staff is super friendly. They always seem to be busy, but the mobile ordering is amazing and is super quick in and out. I would recommend that for efficiency.
Otherwise, if you prefer to stay in your car, they have been very accommodating if the line doesn’t move as fast. I cant say the same for other local coffee chains.
I have never been disappointed with a coffee and turned the family on to them
