So far every time that I’ve come to this Jack in the Box in Folsom California. The customer service has been outstanding the food always fresh and with the amount of people that they have in the store they get things out in a very timely fashion and I really appreciate the staff so far I’ve ran into a couple of the members of Team including manager. But it’s one member of the team that always stands out every single time that I come he’s here on Saturdays and the team that’s with him most definitely backs him up and together they get the job. he’s running both drive-thru in front as well as assisting making the food when needed. I’m not sure if he’s a manager or if he’s just a regular employee but he’s amazing his name which I hope I get the spelling right is JONTELL great energy Lively personality an extremely enthusiastic young man.
The packaging is fantastic and the presentation especially for food to be on the go is amazing thank you Jack in the Box team Folsom always a great experience

Nothing hits like late night tacos and Diet Coke. Ordered a Junior Chicken sandwich also. Sandwich was exceptional with 2 leaves of crispy lettuce. Tacos taste the same today as they did 50 years ago. Bonus.

I have received stellar service from her and her team now consistently on multiple occasions!
Today when I got the wrong sandwich she let me keep the other sandwich and gave me a new sandwich and I told her I would give the old sandwich to a homeless person cuz I’d already touched it.
She really seems to understand that the customer is her highest report and really delivers an amazing service experience!
Way to go Sarah you really get what customer service is all about!

I was doing DoorDash and I I let’s get a one wrap. I was picking up the order and I told Les get one burrito for me and they gave me this I love this place no but what today happened at Folsom location I asked them four times I want to veggie wrap I have checked it online that they can make a veggie wrap and I had confirmed from them, but I don’t know why did give me I know maybe they don’t have it but I asked them for time also at the drive-through Mike and also at the window I make sure to ask them twice make it veggie, and they said yes, we will make it veggie but this is what I get you guys can see in picture, if they don’t have the veggie so then just say no that they don’t have a veggie chicken wrap I used to order in Rancho Cordova from Jack-in-the-Box veggie wrap but this is unbelievable. I cannot believe that they just gave me a chicken wrap I don’t hate this place, but they gave me this thing if they don’t have it veggie wrap they should have said no that they don’t have it. Why did they give me chicken wrap and also when I have asked them for extra salad on side, they just give me half tomato and full lettuce

Don’t bother with this location JITB has several tasty items, but this location apparently doesn’t care about quality. Likely the worst one I’ve ever eaten at.

Food is hit or miss. Either the loaded tacos are perfect or they put to much lettuce. or either sandwich’s are good or they don’t put like any sauce on them. Staff seems miserable about 80% of the time. I just go there on lunch because it’s close to work and I need something quick but it’s definitely not my first choice.
