We decided to go the tapas route so we could try a variety of dishes, and that was absolutely the right move. Every plate that came out was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The craft cocktails were equally impressive, thoughtfully balanced, creative, and clearly made with care. You can tell the team behind the bar takes pride in what they’re serving.
And then came dessert…the Chocolate Oasis! If you’re even remotely a chocolate fan, this is non-negotiable. It was rich without being overwhelming, decadent yet perfectly balanced, and the kind of dessert that makes the whole table pause mid-conversation just to savor it. It was the perfect finale to an already fantastic meal.
A special shoutout to Rachel, our server, who truly elevated the entire experience. She was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and incredibly courteous throughout the evening. She offered excellent recommendations and made sure everything flowed seamlessly, which is especially appreciated when dining with a larger group.
If you’re in Coeur d’Alene, whether for business or pleasure, 315 Cuisine is an absolute must. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.
We started off so good with delicious Crab cakes and Korean Meatballs. (Korean meatballs not pictured we accidentally inhaled them. Seriously absolutely amazing and japchae noodles were delicious) The crab cakes were a perfect balance citrus and spice, loved the garlic lemon aioli.
The second course we got the same dish with no regrets. It was one of the best dishes I’ve had in awhile. The flavor they packed in the Argentine Flank was amazing. We love anything with chimchurie, but the addition of serrano aioli was such nice touch. The whole dish was such amazing blend of spices and flavors. The steak a perfect rare with melt in your mouth tenderness.
We ended our dinner with the Apple Crescendo and the Brownie Pavé. Both perfectly melted in our mouth. We fought for the last bites and was perfect way to end the meal. I especially enjoyed the Apple Crescendo it had a lot deverse textures. It was absolutely devine… All of these items are featured on their regular menu!! So luckily if you didn’t have time to stop by during restaurant week.
As always the service was exceptional!
The cocktails are worth their price and the food is worth waiting for on a busy day. Glad I chose to pick this historic building for my one night stay in Idaho on a work trip. I will absolutely be returning when I visit for future job site visits.
Ended the night by checking out the GORGEOUS rooms upstairs with Taty. She was so knowledgeable with the history of the building and we toured a room. We will be back SOON to indulge fully at the restaurant and spend the night at this gorgeous inn. Thank you Taty for the incredible tour!
