I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Burger King. I specifically asked for my food to be made fresh, and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet what I received was clearly old and cold. The Whoppers were ice cold, the fries tasted refried, and most of the sandwiches were thrown together so poorly they were barely even assembled.
What made the situation worse was the manager’s attitude. Before I even said anything negative, I was met with unnecessary hostility. She literally threw the food into the bag, and when I addressed the issue, she told me I “couldn’t handle doing her job.” Ironically, I worked at Burger King in Grand Haven from age 14 to 21, so I know exactly what proper food standards and customer service should look like.
There was no reason for the food quality or the disrespect, especially when the store wasn’t busy. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. 2/11/2026 around 5:50pm

will definitely say, customer service can be improved. although I received my order fairly quickly from ordering through the kiosk inside.. nobody greeted me or anything. some time after, a couple walked in ready to order. 3 different employees saw them and not one of them acknowledged them standing there. no one said hi, no one took their order, instead they turned their backs and went on with whatever they were doing. I do understand rush time, but you can at least say hi to standing customers.

This is my favorite location. But today was not good. I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers 2 fries and 1 onion ring. I received 2 cheeseburgers 3 large fries and 1 onion ring. Went in to get the 3rd sandwich. All was fine. Got home food was cold and all sandwiches were regular cheeseburgers not double cheeseburgers. So check all your food before you leave.

My experience at Burger King wasn’t the best, to say the least. I was in the drive-through and waited quite a while, but I stayed patient and waited my turn. When it was time to order, I made a small mistake and tried to correct it, not realizing that one mistake would affect my entire order. Unfortunately, my order was missing two fries, and the drinks were incorrect and flat.
Normally, I would have gone back to fix the issue, but the drive-through was extremely crowded, and it seemed like many other customers were also having problems. I understand that the staff was backed up and under pressure, which can happen, but with such a long wait, I expected the order to be more accurate.
Overall, while the experience was frustrating, I recognize that busy days can be challenging for any fast-food restaurant. I hope in the future there will be more positive energy, better communication, and improved accuracy with orders.

No one should have to wait 25 minutes in line for the one burger you placed ahead of time through the app. By the time I got my sandwich it was cold as fudge. Don’t know what was taking them so long when they only had 3 customers. I swear every time I go to any burger king they take sooooo long. I could have sat at a restaurant for all the waiting. Fast food? More like slow and crawling for junk food quality

The fries and onion rings had definitely been sitting a while and the burgers tasted bad . Thank goodness I didn’t eat more than a couple bites of my burger and some of the onion rings because the food made me sick. Upset stomach and diarrhea. Won’t go back.

Had to give these guys a shoutout. Grabbed a quick lunch early and they not only packed my bag ever so neatly, but made the burger perfectly and the onion rings were pipping hot. My only complaints are that my burger wasn’t cooked all the way, it was ice cold with hardly any grills marks and the pop seemed to be running out of syrup but other than that, you guys stand out from the rest! 5 stars if my burger is cooked well next time I swing by. Also love your signs after the grill was down for awhile 🙂

Who and why did this Burger King reopen? Sunday morning, not even 10am, I pull up to the drive thru, breakfast menu in front of me. The lady explains they are closed and opening at 10:30am. Puzzled, I asked if they would be serving breakfast when they open. She replied No. Weirdest experience ever at a Fast Food restaurant on a Sunday morning. This is obviously privately owned and she’s not the smartest owner.

Explain to the manager how I was there on Saturday morning, and my sandwich was old and dry, went there again on Sunday morning asked him to make me fresh, not only did the manager not make me a fresh sandwich, but then I think he on purpose put sausage on it instead of bacon! How dare somebody request a fresh sandwich instead of something that’s been sitting around for hours!! should’ve just kept this location closed!!

Lady was very rude tried to not give me my whole order. Got mad when I brought up my mobile order receipt and showed her what I was missing. Didn’t get any dippy sauce for my childs chicken nuggets. This is legit the worst burger king experience I’ve ever had! Tried to steal all 3 of my fries both my drinks and chicken nuggets…got super mad when I stated I was missing stuff. Smh worst place ever
