I’ll try to be charitable. I ordered two burritos for takeout via the app. The chicken burrito was excellent, very tasty and filling. The second, a sofritas burrito, had four hairs stuck to the tortilla. I saw one, thought it might be mine, and ignored it. Cut it in half to heat it, and saw another one. I flipped it over and saw two more hairs stuck to it. They definitely weren’t mine as they were against the inside of the foil wrapping and not exposed. I didn’t take a picture of them. I threw away the tortilla and ate the filling (after close inspection), but it still grossed me out. Hopefully this will be addressed. Also, the restaurant reeked of weed. I don’t plan on coming back again.

I always come here. Don’t have to many complaints other than a time some tough guy on the grill after being asked by a fellow coworker how long before chicken is ready his response was “It ain’t ready yet, it will be ready when it ready” somtbing similar to this while looking at me. They always have most items if not all. Staff are good for the most part. Couple of the guys I noticed want to try and look tough for no reason. Only other thing I don’t like is they don’t give water cups. So you have to buy them which are like 3.50$ which is expensive for tap water. I don’t think this is cool. Maybe invest in some cheaper smaller see through cups. Im sure it has to do with other people stealing fountain drinks. But most people I’m sure are honest. This is the only chipotle I know that charge for water cups. Even the trash chipotle on St Paul don’t charge for a water cups. Outside of these things. Overall. 3.5 to 4 star reviews is appropriate.

I’ve been to this location a few times. Every time I go, there is something that’s not right. Once, they wouldn’t let you walk in and order, you had to place an online order and then come inside and pick up. The last time I went was for veterans day. They didn’t honor the BOGO deal that was being offered that day AND they charged me for drinks i didnt ask for (originally, I thought they were giving me drinks because I didn’t get the bogo deal but I checked the receipt and I was charged.) The whole experience was pretty annoying. The food doesn’t usually disappoint. The staff isn’t usually rude but the location is always doing something off. I won’t return.

There was a single piece of chicken in my burrito & a single green pepper(which I’m guessing was meant to satisfy the fajita veggies part of my order). The rice was also rock hard(almost hurt my teeth). Made me wonder if anyone had even bothered to cook it (the rice). The entire burrito was made up of 98% rice.

Every time we order from this place they cheat us on everything. Either no chicken or no veggie fajitas and loads of rice or tomatoes. Why does Doordash still have them on our selection? We like Pikesville or York Road Chipotle.

While driving Uber today, I stopped in to go to the bathroom and purchase food. There was no line. I was waiting right away after using the restroom. The bathroom was spotless. My bowl is delicious. They were low on the green peppers and opinions, but the employee scrapped the pan for me. The restaurant was clean. Thank you for my healthy meal.

This chipotle surprised me, I wasn’t expecting much based off the reviews and was lowkey scared I was going to get food poisoning (will double back to follow up as I just ate). That being said the food was actually really good and flavorful, whoever was cooking night shift on 11/17 definitely was cheffing it up

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!
If I could give zero stars I would. They say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results. I must be insane to keep going back to the 41st St. Chipotle in Baltimore. It is the closest to my house, so I keep trying. They have consistently messed up our order. Time and time again they give me whatever they want to give me regardless of what I’ve asked for when I order through the app. It might not be so bad if they had the courtesy to tell me that they didn’t have the products I ordered instead of simply replacing them with whatever was most convenient to them. On multiple occasions I have told them that my daughter doesn’t tolerate the chicken, but they have given us chicken instead of steak repeatedly. I don’t expect them to know who I am when I place an order, but I do expect them to give me what I’ve asked for. The most recent reason was the delivery truck did not bring them chicken, steak or cheese. Then close if you don’t have the ability to fulfill the orders, or at the very least, turn off in app ordering. Or, figure out a way for the app to remove the items they don’t have so you don’t have an option to order it. I have had so many issue with this location and their response is to give me a credit with an expiration date. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Corporate needs to address this ASAP.

Everything it was ok. But Unfortunately my rice is uncooked. I eat rice everyday. So I know exactly by looking. I might to say, something went wrong to their rice cooker.
They had all uncooked rice in side but the brown rice a little bit better because they stir fried I believe because had oil in it.
No body complain but me.
