Gunn Nutrition is a super cute nutrition shop in Byron- they have done a really solid job with their branding. I love the logo and aesthetic!
Stopped in for a quick caffeine hit that is my usual in going to a tea place. They have a good menu to select from- loaded teas, protein shakes, protein coffees and homemade protein balls.
I liked the tea I got, but the flavor definitely doesn’t pack a punch like most tea places I’ve been to. Most of the time they are super tart fruity flavors but this was much more mild. Still good, but if you’re wanting that strong flavor you probably have to ask for it or find somewhere else. If you like it a little less sour then this is the drink for you.
The girl working the bar was adorable and very sweet, overall definitely a good experience!

Emily and her staff went above and beyond to make sure that my protein shake was exactly the way I wanted it. They nailed my order (I am notorious for making changes to what is on the menu) and it tasted better than expected. I will definitely be coming back for more. Best tasting meal replacement shake I’ve EVER had!!
After seeing a friend of mine post photos of her shakes from time to time I finally tried them out today!! Let me just say I wasn’t disappointed at all!!
I had the Resses meal replacement shake.. I love peanut butter and chocolate so this one was perfect for me. It tasted for like an actual milkshake, which I loved!
The girl running the show today were amazing and friendly. They were genuinely nice and chatty. That to me is a big compliment because some places the people just want to fix your drinks and send you on your way. Now of course if the place was busy if would be a little different I know.
I will definitely be back and see myself making many trips!! Next on my list to try are their teas and Southern Pecan pie shake !!

This place has become a little piece of home for me. I stop by daily before work and i am always welcomed with a bright smile and cheerful attitudes. They know my order by heart and what I like when I need to try something new. They love ALL of my kids and check on them daily they follow them and their sports and always cheer them on. My kids love going to see their favorite girls! They make large orders for my husband and myself when we have to travel with the kids sports too. The girls even leave little notes for my babies on their drinks sometimes! This is more than a tea place they are family! If you haven’t been you should totally try them out you won’t be dissatisfied I promise!

I got the coffee keep replacement drink after my spin class. It’s my first time going and it is phenomenal!!!! I feel full and energized and feel happy that I filled my body up with something nutritious while running errands instead of grab something unhealthy to do the job. The owner is knowledgeable and the staff take the time to explain the drinks and the effectiveness behind the protein they use. Can’t wait to eventually try one drink from each category. This place is amazing!!! Everyone is always so friendly and more than happy to explain the different options of drinks. I am not sensitive to caffeine at all and half of one of their teas and I have the most energy ever!! Highly recommend 10 out of 10!

1. Staff was amazing and very helpful with all questions .. I told them i was allergic to certain products and they checked everything for me to make sure it was safe ..
2. Menu .. so many options but it was not overly itemized .. each item has a fun unique name .. you have options from meal replacement shakes to teas and more
3. The atmosphere .. Classy and upscale with good vibes .. Very clean and unique in its own way
4. The items we ordered i would highly recommend , i personally got the Mermaid tea and it has a ombre effect that was beautiful and just as delicious as it looked.. We also got a Lemon Icebox shake .. Wow just wow .. flavor factor was out of the ball park .. if you have a sweet tooth i suggest this .. and everything is sugar free , so it’s diabetic friendly
