Fantastic Thai cuisine hotspot located in Airway Heights that is sure to deliver incredible food and service for a dinner out! We were delighted at how friendly and prompt the staff were when we arrived, and by how fresh and wholesome the dishes were. We had the green curry, the pad see ew and beef dish, and the portions were very generous, if you prefer some leftovers for the next day. Although we scraped up just about all of our helpings 🙂 Thank you Sala, we will be back!

We had heard recommendations about Sala several times and decided it was time to try, since we just flew into the airport hungry. What a great choice it was! We decided to get three entrees so we had food to take home, pad thai, basil fried rice with chicken, and spicy old man with pork. Each had a unique flavor with an especially delicious sauce on the spicy old man. Our service was friendly and prompt and we had leftovers for two meals for each of the two of us.

Everything was amazing! My friend and I enjoyed our lunch there. Our first time trying this place out & it did not disappoint. Great appetizer of Chicken Satay and the Beef Noodle Soup. I can’t wait to try out other menu items in the future. Thank you for the pleasant atmosphere, excellent customer service, and delicious food.

Mediocre food, but absolutely fantastic service. Not the best Thai fare I’ve ever had, but also not the worst. I was expecting more and left wanting. They said they ran on the spicy side so I got a 3/5 for both the Tom Kha and Panang Curry – both were mild-medium, at best. That being said the staff was great and I had a good experience overall. Lastly, the hours were super weird; what restaurant closes at 7:30?

We haven’t been anywhere else for about a month and a half since our car accident.
This was the first place we visited to get out of the house. The food is always great and the staff and owners are very friendly.
Try the curry, you won’t regret it! If you’re brave, ramp up the heat!
The fried rice platter is huge and is so yummy!
Don’t forget the iced Thai coffee!

Food, Atmosphere and the owners and staff are still great. We have never been disappointed with the food.
Enjoy the outdoor patio while we still have sunshine.

Airway Height’s Sala Thai reaches new heights of spice using only peppers grown in Thailand, with 2 star or more sending your taste buds on a “feeling-good” endorphin-rush! Enjoyed every bite of Spicy Summer (chicken, beef, and shrimp combined with freshly stir-fried onion, garlic, carrot, bamboo, zucchini, bell pepper and basil). Consider yourself warned that this food is on another level for spicy heat and delicious flavors! ️ ️ ️ Next time I will try the Siam Crispy Chicken. Service is welcoming and attentive.

I recently visited this Thai restaurant and had a generally enjoyable experience. I ordered something with the crispy duck, which was absolutely delicious. The duck was perfectly crispy, and the sauce that accompanied it was exceptional.
My mom had the fried rice with tofu, and unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown. The tofu was dry and didn’t add much to the dish, making the overall experience underwhelming.
On a brighter note, I also got a Thai iced tea, which was really, really good. It was refreshing and well-balanced, complementing the meal nicely.
The food came out very hot and quite quickly, which was fantastic and added to the overall positive dining experience. Despite the tofu disappointment, I would still recommend this place for its other offerings, especially the crispy duck and Thai iced tea.

This was our first time eating at Sala Thai Restaurant, and we really enjoyed eating there. My son recommended it because it’s his favorite Thai restaurant in the Spokane area. We loved the pad see ew, the beef soup and the fried rice. They also serve a hot cup of delicious chicken and rice soup for starters. The atmosphere was friendly and warm.

We have been here twice in two weeks and both times it was SO good. We will be back regularly. The Thai iced coffee is addictive, the yum gai tod and the panang curry were amazing. We’ve tried 8 different menu items so far and loved all. A 1* is a good level of spice!

My friend and I drove to Airway Heights to try out Sala Thai.
This restaurant wasn’t on our original list of places to try, but when I saw them post one of their dishes on Facebook, I immediately sent it to my friend and we both agreed we were going there next! Next happened to be last night.
What we ordered was what they call “Happy Boat” with Salmon, Shrimp, and Scallops (extra shrimp for my friend and no scallops). Let me say that it was sensational and we were both very happy we were able to try it. It does come with a side of jasmine rice (not pictured).
They do close fairly early though, which does make it difficult for those that like to dine later (7:30 Tuesday thru Saturday) and are closed Sundays and Mondays.
