The tomato soup tasted similar to Campbell’s in a can, so I was disappointed. I liked the Harvest Chicken Salad. My husband thought the Mac n cheese and sandwich wrap were good. There was a longish wait for our food to come up. It was lunchtime so understandable. I was not overly pleased that where you picked up your tray of food was at face level and others, looking to see if it might be their tray, would breath on it to check for a name. I would have appreciated the addition of Diet Dr. Pepper to their soda offerings, as they only had one diet option. You can order at a kiosk or with a live person, but then there is the need to decide on a tip if you wish to give one. The Harvest Chicken Salad was wonderful and I recommend that. But ship the tomato soup and try something else unless you like the taste of canned tomato soup.

Food was good, place was clean however there was one seat in a booth that was pulled up so one would think the employees while cleaning tables would’ve fixed it instead of a customer. Average prices and yet another establishment that asks for tips for merely doing their jobs. Its not like people are serving you at the tables or anything. Its actually mind boggling how this world has become.

Quick service and easy ordering at the kiosks. The environment was comfortable and roomy. Not a lot of parking as the location has several other businesses including a grocery store nearby, but overall a great meal.

The food was delicious but not worth $27 for a sandwich and half a salad.

Completely inconsistent. Sometimes you might get what you pay for and sometimes not. Drive thru not worth it. Supposed to be faster than going inside but sometimes will sit for 15 mins without moving and can’t get out to leave. Food is always “okay” (it’s a sandwich) but I’d like to also get what I wanted too.

I don’t often give bad reviews but this location has worked hard to earn this. I’ll start off with the difficulty we have getting our correct order. They often forget parts of our order, don’t have the items and fail to tell us, or sub the items and fail to tell us. The staff often tells us we can/can’t do special orders- it’s never consistent. The waits are long. The trash is often over flowing and the tables not cleaned.

Worst part is that the food has not been fresh lately. The last 4 times I ordered a salad it was wilty, slimey, and inedible. It’s inconvenient as all get out to have to call to get a giftcard and also not have an edible meal that I spent time and money to eat. Its the whole point…. providing fresh food is their selling point. Just skip this location. Spent $42.00 and only half of it was edible. Also, I found a hair in my dressing. It happens, but I’m out of goodwill with these guys.

The staff was nice but it took FOREVER for us to get our food. Portions incredibly small for $30 and it took almost FORTY minutes, everyone in the restaurant was complaining about the same thing. Never again spending money or time here

Although I did come in 10 minutes before you close this was a unacceptable bowl of soup for $10 I’m going to show you what you gave me for $10 cuz it wasn’t much ingredients a whole lot of liquid that was very salty and greasy, after I pulled all that liquid off all I was able to get seriously was four spoons full, I don’t even want to redo I just want my money back this is sad.

The service is OK. I mostly use the self service kiosk. The issue is I’ve been to this location twice and both times the food is severely subpar for the price. The first time I let it go because things happen. I ordered a simple egg and cheese on baguette. I have second hand embarrassment for whoever charged me $8 for this nonsense

Literally the most consistently bad Panera I have ever been through. Just needed a quick bowl of soup. I got in the drive thru, waited 5 minutes before an employee pulled behind me blocking the drive thru and said they were closing it for the evening but I could come in. If I could have I would have. Ridiculous place.

Went through the drive thru. Only car at the time I ordered. I ordered 1 sandwich, it took way longer than it should have. When I opened my food there was just meat scattered between the folds on the wrapping, it was messy.
I also sat at the window for a couple minutes before anyone ever opened it to take my payment.
